Just called to startBarney at another vet. Because dr on vacation they are only taking their clients. In my opinion this is very bad to get new customers.

They were so careless and did not want to hear me out or take me seriously regarding my concerns for my kitten's health and treatment. I also heard them mimicking me in the back, making fun of me for repeating my concern for my kitten's breathing because he was aspirating horribly. They really seem to just hate their job and not genuinely care for our pet's lives. They told me not to worry about his breathing, basically just to force feed it and make sure it gets something in it's stomach to survive, on top of being given an incorrect diagnosis of him just having some little cold. I came back sometime a week later for a recheck because he was not doing better with the medication they recommended, and he was becoming lethargic so I requested an IV and was told he did not need it, though I am confident it would have saved his life. They tried to tell me it was because he was the runt, even though prior to becoming sick he was doing completely fine for weeks! He ended up passing away, and his sister was taken to another vet and got diagnosed with pneumonia! Luckily they knew what they were doing and was able to give her the proper care she needed in time. So angry with them!

Baby Pelkey has been a patient there and we couldn't be more pleased. Friendly Dr. And Erin is fabulous...she does babies nails and with her wild chihuahua personality Erin calms her down and does an amazing job..

I've been taking my dog here for 2 years now. They are a very clean facility and the Staff are professional and kind. Prices aren't too high either.
