I hit a deer in February of 2022 took it in to get an estimate. Filed insurance claim the insurance sent them the check and I was told they would call me in a few weeks. It's been over a year now and I still haven't gotten a call to have my truck repaired.Service: Body & Trim

I was referred here by my insurance company to repair a front fender on my 2008 honda accord, car was taken in on 6/28/22. The repair was supposed to be done in less than 2 weeks. I was told in 4 different occasions to call back as the car is getting ready to be painted.. The job was finally complete on 8/01/22..Customer service was horrible and the paint job was not the best. I was about to file a formal complaint with BBB.. I will definitely let my insurance company know about how unprofessional I was treated. I won't recommend Fairway Auto Body Shop. There are better body shop in the area, they won't treat you as if they are doing you a favor.The pictures show gap between fender and headlight and color differenceServices: Painting

Back in September I ordered all my OEM parts from this dealership. I didn't want to use aftermarket junk on my 2018 Sonic project car. I had Fairway paint the bumper and the hood. Since my car is a special edition color, they had to order the paint. When it came to painting time, the color matching was really good. I would recommend this dealership for ordering OEM parts or getting body work done.Service: Painting

Went in for an estimate to do body work on my truck. I was treated very rudely like I was bothering them. I will never go back to that dealership for anything.
