Brian was most helpful getting data Pic s and contacts retrieved onto my new phone after my old phone was dropped into the water and I thought I Lost it all .Very pleasant helpful while a chose a new phone and streamlined getting everything set up also my boyfriend was impressed and also purchased a new phone.
