This is a family-owned business that is wonderful, and the prices are not set by the company just like were you get your gas from they don't set the prices. All complaints about this company and they don't understand customer service and what it takes to run a business it is not a huge corporation. This company has customer service and values that make a wonderful American business. If you want a company with honor and great customer service as it should be done, then go to Valley Propane. I have been with them for years and are thankful for the business still in the area. Keep American family-owned business running.

This business has gone downhill. Unfortunately the service is not what it is. They overcharge for service calls and they do not have the experience to make any repairs effectively. Changed the service and without consent, they trespassed on our property and falsely charged for pickup of their own equipment, although there was never a contract for a fee for pickup. I would take your money elsewhere. This is an overpriced, poorly managed company.

I’ve dealt with Valley Propane for over 16 years. Prior and current owners. No complaints, professional and on time delivery. I had two tanks, one for fireplaces, one for garage heater, I had the garage one removed and the other filled. Received credit for unused in garage tank. No issues and very happy.

One of the worse places ever to deal with. Prices are too high, no credit on tanks, couldn’t care about a customer, just as long as there pocket is full

Asked for help with gas line after critters chewed original line. They went to my cabin, redid complete line, regulator, connections. I am very impressed and grateful. I am a contractor and know a real outfit when I talk on phone and these people do what they said they would do, when they wold do it. Thank you.

look for better price and service,not good customer service,no credit for returning full tank look around.no good dont care they just want to over charge you
