Came in to this place just to be told that my load is not going to be ready till next day at 8:00 am, so I asked if I could leave my trailer in the yard and just come back the next day to get the load, which they said it’s ok to do ( I mean why wouldn’t they agree when in my system says that the load should’ve been ready) so left and the next day was calling since 7:30am to see if my load is ready. Fast forward I call at 12:30pm and that is when my load got officially ready which I find it ridiculous. The only thing positive in this place is the security guard Gigi (I hope I spelled it right) was the most sweetest, respectful, loving person from this whole place, she remember my name which you don’t see it everyday, I can only come back to this place if she works there that day. She made both of my days amazing just because she was sweet to me. U don’t see that everyday.

Easy to get to and plenty of room to maneuver. Can only arrive 2 hours prior to appointment. Park in staging area, check in office, get door. Do not break seal or open doors when docking they do that from inside. Overall not a bad place

Arrived at 1130 for a 1300 appointment currently 1500 and haven't started loading but has the reefer running and burning fuel. Praying somebody starts on me soon.

That is surprising when get loaded with door close and seal intact from inside, can’t check if the load secure after being loaded! Thank you for your job to get our job easy ! Shippers doesn’t like to write SLC ! I was left 3 load bars in trailer no one was attacked
!!!! 7hours to get loading !

Super Lazy people. They don't care about other people time. To unload trailer 20 minutes is enough. Here they need 4 to 6 hrs to unload the trailer.

Checking with security was easy to get in arrived 445pm for 530pm appt they start working on my trl till 7pm !!! AND NOW ALMOST 9PM they still loading my trl too long not acceptable .Reefer running-15 too load beacause trl open for long time .

I gave them four star because it takes around 2-4 hrs to load you. my appointment was 1 PM. And I got loaded 5 PM. And they expected me to go to the DC Meijer in Michigan for midnight appointment. I had to speed and make it there without taking any breaks. Kind of frustrating.
I’ve been here a few times already. It’s a very nice place to come to load. you can arrest while they loading you. They will give you a call once it’s done. Simple and easy organized.
