We got a labradoodle from here and they were amazing!! She had all of her shots and was very sweet and healthy. 100% would recommend

So me and my girlfriend have visited this store 2 times in the last 2 months. The first time we went in we were not able to pet the puppies due to cleaning (mopping the floor). We did take notice all the puppies definitely looked sad but taken care of all had blankets and clean cages. Second time was 3/12/2024 around 330 pm. We came in and the one worker approached us and we asked to pet the frenchie so he grabbed the pup and we were able to go in a seperate room with the male frenchie. We really enjoyed playing with him he was very playful and happy. We did notice his nails were extremely long and he smelled rather unpleasant. Which leads me to believe that the puppies aren’t bathed correctly. The male associate approached us and said would you like to know any further info on the dog we said yes. His response was he has his shots and rib shots on the 16th and he’s from Iowa. Upon reading newspaper articles about this shop getting puppies from Iowa in the past has me startled. We then asked how much for the little guy I was expecting $600 because I know local breeders of similar breed and private breeders range $600-$1200 depending on the age of the dog. The associate seemed nervous and embarrassed and told us $5000. I find that outrageous but then continued to say we finance. I’d love to know what this pet store paid for this dog when they brought him into the store. Also in house shots!!! Not professionals makes me very uneasy. We then asked what the price was of the cheapest dog they had and he answered with a smirk and said $2,500 I said that seems unethical. I’m rating you 3 stars because your frenchie was well manored, the employee was just as nervous as us, and the price of any pet from this store is just unbelievable. The owner will most likely read my post and have a automatic response which shows he or she doesn’t care about my comment only cares about how much money they take in for this poor animals. I will not be returning to your store if I was the owner of the mall I’d have your lease pulled!

Absolutely terrible, everything about it. The employees are rude and careless, it is very obvious that the dogs are not properly taken care of. The last time I was there a dog jumped out of the cage and was leaving the store and no employees even noticed until i picked him up. I also confronted a lady about rumors (with pictures!!!) of a dead dog in dumpster and she then showed me a photo on her phone of a completely different dog and told me “look this is the dog not in the trash, he was sold”. And proceeded to tell me to leave and called security on me...

Was in this shop yesterday. It should be shut down!! One dog was full of a red rash, one was pacing and panting. Horrible conditions!! All of the dogs look sick. Very, very sad.

I bought a kitten there about 2 weeks ago because I fell in love with her. They told me she was 8 weeks old and her belly was bloated and they said they had just wormed her. I took her to the vet the following Monday (it was Saturday when I got her) she was not 8 weeks old unless she was a runt, her ears were infested with mites and she had parasites in her belly. Thankfully the vet took care of her and she is a happy playful kitten. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!

I have never dealt with a more unprofessional company in my entire life. I purchased a kitten today, after I took her home I decided to clean her up and give her a trim. As I was brushing her hair she had fleas jumping off of the brush. I took a comb across her hair and I have never seen a poor animal with this much fleas before. I called the Petables puppy boutique right after I saw the fleas. It was around 7:17pm and the place is supposed to close at 8:00pm. No answer of course. I rushed down to the shop and of course they are closed. I called the Laurel mall management l group which gave me the number of the management team that handles the store. I spoke to a women who was outright rude. I explained to her my concern for my home and my dog. She could care less. She was so unhelpful. She just kept repeating that the pet store associate should have combed the kitten before I left. The store associate never put a comb through her hair at all. I purchase a kitten from a pet shop because I wanted to ensure I was purchasing a pet that was clean and well taken care of. This pet shop does not care about their pets. How could they have not noticed this poor animal with all these fleas. I am disgusted with this store and the management company! I will never recommend anyone to buy a pet from this store!

Was going there for over a month waiting for the price to drop for a sweet beautiful amazing golden retriever. Finally June 10th I went and the price was at the price I got approved for. She is an absolutely amazing dog and I’m forever thankful for this place working their magic to get me approved. We named her Kaia and it fits her so well. ❤️ thank you so much for this sweet girl.
