Very disappointed in this Subaru. I brought my Legacy in because my oil light was coming on and my car was idling. They told me that there was an oil leak and a converter problem, but it was safe to drive. I was charged $140 diagnostic fee. Three weeks later, my car starts overheating. I ended up trading in my Legacy for a new car, but I feel like at the very least I should be refunded the $140 diagnostic fee.

If you need paint work done, please do not use their body shop, they do not guarantee their work. My brother had hit a deer with his subaru and had the work done here. I now own the car and washed it and the clear coat is peeling off. I took it to a professional auto body shop who told me to call the shop who painted the car because they should guarantee their work and this should never have happened.
I called and was transferred to the shop and the man I spoke to was one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. I guess my brother didn't purchase a warranty on the paint, but the man was "too busy" to look up his account. He said he would call me back, it's been over a month and I'm still waiting.
I would rather take my car to a professional body shop who respects their customers.

I took my 17' WRX in last year for tires, got all 4, bite the bullet for $1,000.... Well in the last 4 months I've had three out of 4 tires get damaged due to the road and bad luck! They took excellent care of me and my car. They only had me pay for mount and balance, and even did a health report on my car and did not try to scam me! They rotated my tires according to the best option for ride quality for me as well. I would recommend anyone with a Subaru to bring yours to these great people for all of your needs, 100% thumbs up my book... That says a lot because I was a mechanic for 10 years and I don't trust people with my car, but I won't go anywhere else if I need something!
