This place is terrible. Facility is automated, no staff to help you if you are having issues, they don’t respond to phone, and they dare to have “tips” bucket when there are literally ZERO staff to help you and the car was not even properly clean at the end.

Went on a Wednesday midday. Facility was unmanned-Automated. Paid for premium wash. Most of the brushes were not working, so hood, roof, and rear hatch only had water spray. Only half the car had any soap spray at all, and what did make it onto the car hardly did anything. Car came out almost as dirty as when I entered, with several surfaces completely unwashed. If you go there,0⁰ and it's unattended, drive away!

If I could leave negative stars, I would. My son found a car on their website that he liked, and the no haggle price was perfect, we traveled an hour and wanted to pay cash...but the salesman then brought us a quote that was $5000 over the online price. Here they added an extra warranty and their silver service plan, we tried to decline them all, as we wouldn't travel the hour to have the car serviced when there are places closer to home so since we declined the extras and didn't need financing, they denied selling us the car. What a terrible experience for my son to have while trying to buy his first car. I know I am only a small voice but I will never recommend Carvision to anyone I know. Shame on them.

My recent purchase (2019 Mercedes-Benz GLA 250) at Car Vision Nissan was smooth for the most part. My sales consultant Nik was a sweetheart and made the process very easy. I didn't feel pressured into anything and found it easy to talk to him as if we had already knew each other. Here are my pros and cons. PROS: low pressure environment, lots of vehicles to pick from, everyone seemed like they wanted to help. CONS: I was told I'd be getting the car fax report with my paperwork and I did not receive it although they had me sign a copy. After signing the final paperwork and getting home I realized I wasn't told when my payment would start or even how to make the payment. I'm not from PA so when I was told I'd be leaving with plates I was confused on why I also had a paper tag. Again these things were not discussed with me as they should have. I also had to bring my car in a few days later for an issue (but the workers were very nice and took care of things for me) All in all I'd definitely recommend this place (and I have already) just make sure to ask any questions you have and make sure you understand everything and most definitely ask for Nik as he was a pleasure to deal with.

They closed for months and continued to charge the monthly prepays. Could not get a refund from them. Luckily Discover refunded my money. But after meeting 4 personal times with promised refunds. I had to go to Discover. Deal with them at your own peril.

I went there to purchase a car for 10 k knowing that's what I could afford. Instead I was not told I was purchasing a car for 13k, not told the.pyrchase price of this car or shown the car. I had 1,000 dollar down.payment, I was asked for 500 more, again not told why. I used.my credit card. I asked what the warranty was they said 2; years was not told I was financing the over 2000 dollars to pay for the warranty. I emailed the salesperson twice about getting some stuff out of my car. I got no response, I called I got recordings, someone from their legal team texted me asking me when he could call, I have him a time it's been 2 days. They knew I needed a car, mine was done, I feel like I was taken advantage of because I was desperate. Unless you have a huge down payment and a lot of money, do not buy a car from them. My next step maybe calling the AGs office.

Nightmare Experience! My car was totaled, and I needed a replacement immediately. I went online and found what appeared to be a good deal for a 2021 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid. After I made the inquiry online, a rep reached out, we scheduled an "VIP" appointment for that Saturday to go in for a test drive. As long as everything went well, I was fully ready to buy the car and drive it home that day. Everything DID NOT go well. I arrive for the appointment (the "VIP" appointment... HA!) and the sales rep immediately tries to upsell me to buy a new car (But I get it... that's his job). After explaining several times that I was only interested in the car I made an appointment for I was asked to wait while they retrieved the car from the lot so I could test drive it. The rep brings the car up and I go on my drive, but during the test drive, I noticed that the mileage was off from what was shown on the online listing. When the rep asked me how the drive went, I pointed out that the mileage was different and he said that sometimes that can vary based on how old the listing was. Suspicious of that, I checked the VIN Number and sure enough, it was a completely different car. Same year/make/model/trim. But a different car. The sales rep led me to believe it was the same car and tried to play dumb as if he didn't know it was different. Growing frustrated, I had to insist once again that I wanted to test drive the car I actually made an appointment for. So I was asked to wait again while they got the actual car. Ok... whatever. When the rep finally came back, he said they located the car on the lot but there was a problem with the key and the car wouldn't open. Ok, weird. So we walk out to the lot in the rain to see the car with the correct VIN. Sure enough the Key did not work. The key was marked and tagged with the correct stock number for the car but it was the wrong key. I was told that the service guys must have mixed them up. Ok... I was able to inspect the outside of the car and look in the windows and I noticed a couple of minor issues. The 1st, and most obviously issue was that the listing online and in their systems, describe the car interior as "DARK GREY" but in reality it was an ivory off-white color. Not a deal breaker, but pretty annoying. (Their response was basically oops...) 2nd, there were some stains on the seats and the center console (instrument cluster) looked to be a little dirty but nothing that couldnt easily be cleaned. I was assured repeatedly, that if I were to buy the car, they would deliver it to my house on Monday and it would be detailed before going off the lot. Given my experience thus far, I asked for this in writing. I decided to move forward with the sale anyway because I am a crazy person and I was in desperate need of a car. The next issue was with the loan application. My credit score is over 800. The dude listed my mortgage information (which is paid jointly) as a financial obligation as if I am solely responsible for it. But then only listed my sole income and not my family's joint income. When I tried to clarify that, he refused to change it. Whatever. That makes no sense at all but I had been there for HOURS at this point and just wanted to move on. Next, once the ball finally started rolling on the paperwork, my rep disappeared and I couldn't get anybody's attention. I wanted to transfer my license plate over from my previous car and I had it with me but I didn't see him again until the end and at that point I was told it was too late, they had already issued a new plate. Ok.... WHATEVER.... lets just get this over with. I'm going through the paperwork and Surprise! He didn't put the detailing in writing. The Finance person had to call him back in to write it on the "We Owe" Form. Ok purchase is done. Car should be delivered to me on Monday. I had to rearrange my week for travel accommodations for work and to make sure somebody would be home to actually receive the car. Monday Comes, No Updates, No Car, Compl

Bait and switch at its best! if you have a low credit score they will try to sell you a 2021 Honda with over one hundred thousand miles for twenty grand not including the interest. Pre approval is also a joke. STAY AWAY FROM THIS RIPOFF!

Poor communication with finance. They switched the buyer which was me to the co-signer who was my 79 year old mom and whom did not want to be the main purchaser. This was done after we left the dealership a week later. While I was there my parents and I waited 4 hours for the paperwork to get done. A week later Steve emails me that he's been calling me because I signed the paperwork wrong. My thought is that they did not wait for full confirmation from the bank. I live an hour and half away from dealership so they send a young sales man to my home to force me to resign as the co-signer and sign my mom as the buyer. Steve threatens to take the car back if I don't. I had no choice to do so since my daughter was already using the car to get to work. They tell me otherwise the bank wouldn't accept loan. This is a lie since I recently purchased a Jeep at the Nissan dealer near my home and paid it off within a year. I have purchased other cars in the past. I have three cars and my home. I have never experienced what I experienced at this dealership. During the paperwork process I asked the salesperson 3x to tell me what interest rate was. Alejandro the salesperson kept telling me they were working on it but they did not tell me the interest rate in which the car was approved for until after the four hours that I waited there. By then I was exhausted and just signed. I signed as the buyer and my mother signed as co-signer. I even put down $7,000 dollars in which they cashed right away. So I will never shop at this location. Don't trust them. If you do go there. Don't sign anything unless you have full confirmation that the bank accepted you, also make sure you know that your vehicle has a spare key as they promised me a spare key then they said the vehicle only came with one. The key itself costs anywhere from $200-300 dollars to make. They are sneaky and lie. Best bet don't go there.

I recently leased a vehicle from Carvision Nissan and have had a truly frustrating and challenging experience dealing with them. My temporary license plate is going to expire in just 2 days, and I still haven't received my new plates. I have a trip planned to North Carolina, and I've been informing them of my situation for the past 10 days. The dealership assured me that I would receive my plates before the temporary ones expire. However, despite my numerous phone calls to follow up on the situation, I've been met with empty promises of callbacks that never happen. I'm now faced with the prospect of being stranded in the middle of my trip due to expired plates. This entire ordeal has caused me to lose peace of mind, and as a parent of a 6-month-old baby, I'm extremely concerned about how I will manage without my car once the temporary plate expires. The lack of urgency and responsibility from Carvision Nissan has been incredibly disappointing, and I cannot stress enough how much stress and inconvenience this has caused me and my family. I strongly advise against doing business with this dealership due to their unreliability and poor communication.
