This bank while it has some positives does not get the better review for a couple reasons. I have a POA and trust account there and despite having the official probate letter and certificates I paid for to address all matters for my deceased mother they have not allowed me access. My attorney now has to call the bank and speak to their legal department because the branch and their corporate support do not know what they are doing. This has cost me money in legal fees, money in time off, and added stress over the course of months to do this. If you are looking for a trust or POA account for a family member or yourself this would not be a bank I would recommend doing business with.

For a bank I left there somewhat disappointed and short changed.Although everyone there was quite nice the bank itself has some aquatinted, very, very last century policies and products. No breaks for seniors... ✌️

The staff at Wells Fargo are incredibly nice and super helpful. They all seem to really like their job and want to help people and it shows! I've used this bank for almost 2 years now and I haven't had a single problem like I have with quite a few other banks in the area.
