We received an excellent service for our COVID test coming back to Canada. The pharmacist assistant was very professional and Courteous. Someone a female with blonde loose hair, in RED JEEP was rude, yelling, shouting and honking in the drive thru. Very disrespectful for everyone. The assistant stayed professional and focused on the task at hand THANKS.
I highly recommend this place.

This store is awesome! Always a pleasure to be greeted and helped out by the amazing staff. They’re so happy and friendly! I almost know the whole staff by name they make me feel right at home while I shop and to pickup my meds. I always know that Nancy, Joe, Alyssa, Courtney, Heather, Lily, Kathy, Mel, Steven or Fawn will make sure I get the help I need. The two pharmacists Bob and John are fantastic as well! Outstanding service!

The other one star reviews speak for themselves. For context, there used to be a locally-run pharmacy down the road for like 30 years, which closed last month. So now, Walgreens is the only game in town. The pharmacy part has been closed all week. Apparently one of the pharmacists just quit and they were understaffed. We were told they'd be reopening on Friday, but when I called I was informed that the only remaining pharmacist had a family emergency, so they would not in fact be open. Fine. It happens. Not mad at the pharmacy staff, they're people too and things happen. However, I think it's a little ridiculous that a large corporate chain with the resources of Walgreens has no better solution in this circumstance than to drive 30 miles to the next closest location. I would think they would pull staff from a different location temporarily, or offer a courier service. Nope. Just sending folks to the next town over. Which, considering the current gas prices, is not ideal. I don't know about the regulations, but there just kind of seemed to be a lack of concern and not a lot done on the part of management to bridge the problem in the interim. The community this location services has a high amount of older folks with limited means. The person I was picking up the prescription for is wheel-chair bound and doesn't have her own transportation. If I hadn't been visiting from out of town and able to make the drive to Milford, she would have run out of her medicine, which could have caused severe side effects. Have to give a shout-out to the pharmacy tech I spoke to on Friday, she was super sweet and gracious and understanding. Have no qualms with the staff who man (or try to man) this location so far, but the higher operations seem to really have dropped the ball. Considering that there's no alternative and you can't simply drive five minutes and go to a different pharmacy, I absolutely hold them to a higher standard. How do you just not operate for most of a week when you have a whole community depending on you? How do you assume that every one of your customers will be able to make a half hour drive for meds, and not offer any accomodation or alternative for those who can't? Not feeling great about the fact that my family has to rely on this location given the circumstances. Really hope they improve.

Worst pharmacy in the area. They are lazy, uniformed and liars. They \\\"lose\\\" prescriptions they had the day prior. They say they need more info than they actually do and won't listen and offer to sell at full price instead. Worst customer service for a pharmacy. Do yourself a favor and travel the extra mileage to the Price Chopper in Milford

Heard that the pharmacy service is really BAD years back when a friend moved here. Now we moved here for good. It is no longer called RiteAid but Walgreen and the Pharmacy service is still BAD.They got my RX yesterday. I skipped a day to pick up because it was a long line on drive thru. Came back today, waited for 30 mins on drive thru only to be told to come back in 20 mins. It is 3 hours later, my Rx is still not ready for pick up and my jaw is swollen, stiff and hurt left untreated without my Rx. It’s because this pharmacy is unreliable and undependable. Desperate to find a better pharmacy elsewhere.

It's gone downhill since becoming a Walgreens. The pharmacy told me my script would be ready at 5pm when I called in to make sure it went through properly then it wasn't ready until I went at 6pm IN PERSON the NEXT DAY. Not only were the staff not friendly and impatient, they didn't have what they said they did and sent me home with the wrong needles for the syringe they gave me. I missed my dose and now have to hope they order the right syringes for my needles. EDIT: Upped to 2 stars because Bob is amazing and super helpful.

Had to call my Walgreens pharmacy back in nyc who always pick because I called several times, you hold for 20 min and then they hang up on you. Don't bother calling this place!

You can never get through when you call or you are on hold for the maximum time then the system automatically hangs up on you after 25 min. Prescriptions are never ready when they are supposed to be so you end up waiting another 20/30 min if you’re lucky. It’s like going into a zoo. No one has any idea what there doing. Wouldn’t recommend this dump to my worst enemy.
