Fast, efficient, and courteous but not exactly set up as customer friendly. Don't get me wrong, what I mean by that is there's no waiting room.. In fact, there are no chairs for you to sit and wait. I spent just over 2 hours walking around while they worked on my car. Mechanic wise, it's a great place. Location wise, not so good. Nothing to do or see when waiting, no soda machine, no place to walk to except a bar down the road. Not even Wi-Fi. It's a good garage for car and truck repairs, however I would recommend that you arrange for a ride and just drop off your vehicle.

Great place to have work done on your vehicle. Honest and hard working. I take my vehicles here for inspection and they're always honest about anything that needs done or will be need to be done like brakes/etc.

Great service from Bruce. He made me feel welcome and walked me through everything I needed to know step-by-step. He was super helpful and kind! The inspection was quick and fairly priced. The only thing to note is that the address is actually on PA 390 next to Cassel Building, not on Blooming Grove Road.

Crossroads did a great job fixing my Durango with 113,000 miles. We had a problem that no one else could solve. Some even telling me to junk the car because it wasn't worth fixing. Well Bruce and his partner Mike fixed it. So instead of buying a new car, there aren't any, or buying someone else's car, overpriced, I get to drive my big red car home

Bruce and Mike are the best. We bought a car that they had serviced for the previous owner. The car broke down a week later and because Bruce had serviced it he fixed the car without charge even though it wasn't something he had worked on before. I have since become a regular customer.
