Great selection of cigars. Knowledgeable staff helps me pick out new cigars to try based on my purchases. The cigar lounge is nice as well, if you want to sit and enjoy a good smoke.

This cigar lounge is phenomenal. Humidor and cigar lounge alone is amazing. Adding in the atmosphere and staff puts this place over the top. I am from Texas and I am already planning my trip back to see Todd, Dan and company!

Great selection, good prices and excellent customer service! A handwritten thank you note in every package and stickers as well as the occasional freebie! Todd went above and beyond to correct a mistake usps made even though it wasn't wooden Indians fault at all. EXCELLENT shop!

I was looking for the Immortal Coil, a cigar that is very hard to find; I found it onlie at their website and placed the order. Price was very fair, and shipping was fast and accurate! They also put a peronal thank you with my purchase!! Super customer service!!!

I have recently started using wooden Indian to score some LCA cigars from Privada #weareprivada ...I get very personalized service and sticks delivered with boveda packs. I got candy canes with my order tonight and it blew me away from the personalized touch. I will never bash a company online but when I'm completely blown away they totally deserve it...cheers friends to this excellent company

I am a mail order client, and am very happy with the quality of the cigars. Accurate descriptions certainly help when I am not able to be in the shop to smell the products. My deliveries have been timely and accurate, always with a hand written note, thanking me for my business, which is a nice touch. Sometimes it seems that Customer Service has gone by the wayside, but wooden Indian tobacco does a great job of it. My cigars arrive soft and supple, ready to smoke- even though they recommend 2 weeks in my humidor before enjoying them.
