The best moving company in Philadelphia and Delaware County by far. They were so professional and easy to work with. Moving is stressful enough on its own but they made the whole process so easy and pain free. Nothing was lost or damaged and they went above and beyond when handling my items ensuring they arrived at my new home the same way they left the old one. I'm going to be using suburban solutions junk removal when cleaning out my in-laws house in a few weeks. They have a ton of extra crap that needs to be cleared out before the house can be sold and it's going to take a small army to get it done. Attempting that with just my wife seems unimaginable but after such an easy move from my old house to my new one hiring these fellas to help clean out the clutter and move my in-laws into their new home as well is a no brainer. I highly recommend them and will never rent a U-Haul and attempt to move an entire house with me and a few of my buddies ever again.

I just had an amazing experience with this company this week. Over the course of the last 20 years I have moved many times…more than I want to admit.? I must say without hesitation, that these five guys who handled my move were the best of the best. They went over and above in a difficult move with lots of steps and more importantly in extreme heat. The camaraderie among one another was so evident and refreshing to witness. I would give them a 5+ rating!!

Suburban Solutions delivered exceptional service. We moved from Exton to West Chester on May 7, 2024. The company's business team was responsive with a positive attitude while scheduling and coordinating the move, and the moving team arrived right on time. They worked safely, efficiently, and super cheerfully - one man was even happily singing snatches of song while slinging boxes! They avoided damage to our belongings and went above and beyond in disassembling and reassembling furniture without being asked. Best of all, they were inexpensive compared to other (often more poorly reviewed) moving companies, and they came in on quote. I would absolutely use Suburban Solutions for any future moves.

The movers were great, quick, friendly and did a great job. However, if you have an issue, the customer service is horrible. Took 3 calls to speak to someone about missing furniture and when they say they will get back to you, you better follow up or you will not hear from them. Turned a great experience into a frustrating disaster.

A great experience from start to finish. Very friendly and efficient office team gave us a quote and scheduled our move. Super crew of movers made our moving day pretty much stress free. They were respectful, careful, and cheerful. Highly recommend!!!

STAY AWAY!!!! DO NOT use Suburban Solutions for your move in the Philly area.
Quinten and Justin on the operations team were incredible rude with communication regarding my move. They postponed my move until 1pm due to the weather and then cancelled on me 4 hours prior as the weather was improving. They were unwilling to wait until 1pm and told me I would have to wait until the following week to reschedule. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. They’ll have you waiting around for hours and they are not flexible or able to adapt at all. Management is very poor and disrespectful and they get flustered very easily and will start calling you names over the phone.
Bobby Trauffer the sale guy at the place is a disaster. When I informed him that bad weather was coming her took 3 days to get back to me and insisted that it would not be an issue. That was far from the truth. Don’t believe a word this guy says.
Others that have used this company have told me that their movers milk the clock to rack up your bill. This company is shady and I’m glad this happened because I wouldn’t want them moving my stuff anyway.
If you want your move to go smoothly stay far away from these guys.

Move took 7hrs for 1000 sqft apartment, one resident, moving 15minutes away. This was double the high end of the quote. The Team Leader had me sign a change order but said he could still move me in 4hrs. Very nice people but so many excuses and very slow. My neighbor moved a week prior, same size apartment, same side of the building, same distance from loading dock/elevators, she was charged double as well. They told me I was farther from the elevator than expected and they gave her a different excuse about her storage unit. Very responsive team when order service, not as responsive when you call with issues. I was a repeat customer as well.

We have Suburban Solutions 3 times. They are very professional and very quick to respond. We scheduled a move for December 22nd. The crew showed up right on time. They worked fast, professionally and made the move very easy. They took care of our furniture and packed boxes. They came in assessed the items and quickly went to work. There was a tough couch to move and they worked it out flawlessly. They did the same once they arrived at our new house. They knocked our move out in under the estimate. Thank you.

I'm a repeat customer with Suburban Solutions. They are wonderful with communication, adaptable, professional, respectful, and experienced. Daren, Kyle, and Ahmad worked well together, made a tough situation easier, and minimized a lot of the stress of moving. I recommend them to anyone that wants their move done efficiently and well.
