Their computer system is so glitched out that when I tried to make a purchase my bank did even receive a data request on my card, let alone process it. They need IT in there badly, but nooo.

The shift leader Becky was extremely rude and wouldn’t cash my WU after she entered the transaction in the register. I offered that I can pick up the money later today or tomorrow if that’s better. I also offered that I can purchase product to offset the cash payout but she refused and threatened to call the police. So, I called the police myself. There were police officers there trying who understood the situation way faster than Becky. If you are not willing to employ common sense, you shouldn’t be in a management position.

WARNING! If you can choose another pharmacy location, please do! We had an issue while moving and losing a medication. My son really needs it as he struggles with a lot of different problems. The head pharmacist blatantly refused to give me this medication even after the doctor called it in early due to it be lost. She looked me right in the eye and said, "we don't have that here." She refused to give me a prescribed medication and could care less that my son was out of them. I have never in my life dealt with a person so cold and so deceptive. Just a heads up from someone who normally sees the good in EVERYONE....not here. Beware!

It's getting worse and worse. The employees are lacking communication skills. Saying the medication refill will take an hour, just to come back a few hours later and the medications still not ready. Then denying any giving information regarding time.They're rude, unprofessional and disrespectful.Rite aid pharmacy used to run much better for yearsUntill this year when they replaced good people who worked there with people who don't really care.

Went here for medication after surgery they denied me with out telling me a reason why. I get my other medication from here and they give issues every-time that my provider actually recommended going somewhere else. Last I was there they denied myself and two other people their medication without a reason why. Im not sure whats going on at this rite aid pharmacy since the others in the area do not operate like this.
