Never schedule a test here. I had come the day prior to schedule a test for my minor child’s, new job. Didn’t have time to stay for a walk in and the kiosk suggested making an appointment. We did for 1:40pm the following day. I received 4 separate text and an email confirming my appointment. Got a text at 12:52 pm saying to click this link 10 minutes prior to said appointment. We arrived at 1:20pm. Walked in at 1:25, clicked the link at 1:28pm and it tells me that the appointment doesn’t exist. To my dismay, I clicked the link again. Same issue. Use; the kiosk inside of the center and scanned the QR code that was generated and confirmed the day prior. Same issue. I knock on the window quite a few times because there is no person to talk to at a front desk. I hear laughing and carrying on in the back and it takes about 6-7 minutes before anyone comes to the door. I go to explain to the lady that came to the door, what’s happening and she completely cuts me off and tells me that I can just schedule a walk in appointment. I ask why on earth would I do that when I have a confirmed appointment and messaging from QUEST confirming my appointment? She refused to look at anything that came directly from quest and refused to service us unless I filled in a walk in appointment. I will never come back to this location again in life. When your companies system messes up, it’s no reason a customer should be forced to redo an entire process all over again when there is clear evidence that it’s a system issue. The fact that there’s no human being to speak to upfront is a real issue. Even worse is the employees lack of giving a damn about it.

It is always tidy, the service is prompt, and your phlebotomists are the BEST at getting a vein in my not-ideal arms the first time.
(The few times I have gotten faint or dizzy I have been treated so kindly too. Not the case everywhere.)

Tammy and Pela assisted me during my visit. They are first rate professionals. They helped me contact my doctor's office for an insurance question. Super helpful, polite and calm. Love your staff and Tammy runs a great operation. Pela was a calming influence as well! Thanks!

Tammy is the best of the best! I have very very tricky veins (they are small and they roll) and historically, technicians will stab me multiple times, switch arms, get someone else, get smaller needles, make me drink water, or just give up and tell me to go somewhere else.
And then there’s Tammy. Tammy found my vein and BAM right away she stuck it in. I was shock in awe! Couldn’t believe it! This has never ever ever happened in my life. She is my hero! If you have small difficult veins, Tammy is your person!

Honestly wish I could give a rating of 0 stars, and this isn’t even personal. Just an honest assessment of the business. I have been to multiple Quest Diagnostics locations and Urgent Care’s that have similar functions but I will never return here. This location is absolute trash, for no other reason than the horribly unpleasant and incompetent staff. Do not schedule an appointment here, choose another location. The staff is completely rude, unprofessional, and ignorant. During my last visit while checking-in and finding myself a seat, a nurse leaving for lunch or for the day made a remark as she was walking out. She said “wow it still smells like weed in here” under her breath. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful, the next thing that happened was they had me waiting an hour to be seen for my appointment. Which I did not have an issue with until people were walking in and the nurse would call my name and then when she saw me stand up and she instead would take another patient ahead of me and leave me to sit and wait for an extra 30 minutes. The nurse with blue hair is absolutely horrible, matter of fact they need to throw the whole staff away and just start fresh.
