Worst customer service worst company they charge you for everything they don t provide you equipment when you asked and then they charge you for not using you cpap.My cpap start stinking i couldn t use it when i called to get equipment she sad let me check with your insurance then charged me for not using my machine which is unbearable to use.All scammers

Phone is not answered or by someone in the Philippines. Asked for a person in PA. Waited a long time. For God's sake, this small company in Havertown can't answer their own phones. When I find another provider I will change. Ask your doc to use another company.Waiting for PA, phone disconnected .

I had a really great experience with Pulmonary Care Inc, the company that provided my CPAP machine. They're located on Darby Road, and even when I dropped by without an appointment, they were super helpful. I had to wait a bit because they had other patients, but the assistance I got was fantastic. I'm a mouth breather, which made using the CPAP machine tough, but they encouraged me not to give up on it. Thanks to their support, I stuck with CPAP therapy for the full 90 days, and I'm really glad I did.

Terrible customer service. I started with the CPAP on night one and was having trouble with the pressure and felt as though I was being suffocated. I called the next day, they told me that I should try again. Same result, and it took me two weeks to talk to someone over the phone. I was not happy with the service, so I asked to return the CPAP. I was told I needed to e-mail information to have a box and label sent to me, which I did multiple times, and after not seeing a return label and box, I called again and was told that was not the process I needed to follow. After three months, they are finally sending me the return label and they were sure to point out that I would have to pay out of pocket for three months with the new company I am going with because the insurance company won't double pay. I will gladly pay out of pocket to not deal with Pulmonary Care Inc. in the future. DO NOT GO HERE! Worst customer service I have encountered in a long time and I work in customer service!

Pulmonary Care Inc. exceeded our expectations when my brother got his CPAP machine. Initially uncomfortable, their team offered a free mask fitting at their office. They promptly sent us another mask upon request, accommodating my brother's claustrophobia.What touched us most was speaking with the owner, who genuinely cares about their customers. Pulmonary Care Inc. goes above and beyond, making us feel like family. We're grateful for their exceptional service and compassion. Highly recommended!

I can't thank Evelyn, my sleep coach at Pulmonary Care Inc., enough for the outstanding support she provided. Just two weeks after I set up my CPAP machine, Evelyn sent me a free replacement part without me even having to request it. Her thoughtfulness really impressed me.But it wasn't just about the replacement part. Evelyn kept in touch with me regularly to check how I was doing with my CPAP therapy and to make sure I was comfortable with the equipment. Her friendly and caring approach made a world of difference in my journey to manage sleep apnea.

I recently got a CPAP machine from Pulmonary Care Inc., and I just wanted to share my experience. The technician, Vivek, was a real gem. He was super patient and explained everything about the machine to me. He didn't rush and took the time to make sure I knew how to use and clean it properly, which was a big relief.I have to say, the CPAP machine itself has made a huge difference in my sleep quality. Pulmonary Care Inc. definitely knows their stuff when it comes to respiratory equipment.Overall, I'm really happy with the service I got from Pulmonary Care Inc., especially Vivek's help. If you're in need of a CPAP machine or any respiratory equipment, I'd recommend giving them a shot. They made the whole process easy and stress-free for me.

I am dealing with a frustrating experience with this company. I decided to post here in an attempt to resolve the situation.My CPAP doesn't work. The error message on the screen is: Heating system error. Therapy may run without heating. This was on 10/26/23.I called on 10/27/23. I explained the situation to the agent. He told me to the mail the CPAP to the company to be serviced. I don't have another CPAP. He offered to have a loaner mailed.The following week, I did not receive my CPAP. The agent on the phone was short with me. She rudely cut me off during my explanation. She transferred me to the correct department.I was explaining my situation to this agent. He repeatedly cut me off. He told me that the machine wasn't mailed out because they need the pressure number. He asked me to contact my sleep center office for that number.I immediately called my sleep center, got the required information and called back. I spoke with a different agent. I provided the agent with my number. He assured me that the loaner machine would be mailed out.I didn't receive my loaner. I called and concisely explained the situation to this agent. He told me my pressure number was found in my paperwork. Maybe, the pressure number I provided to the previous agent was incorrect.He checked the system and verified that the loaner still hadn't been mailed out. He assured me that he would contact the department and mark this urgent. I updated my new address with him.I still didn't receive my loaner CPAP machine. I called again. This agent looked into the issue. He explained that it hadn't been mailed out yet. He stated that he would contact the department and tell them it's urgent. I verified my address to check if it was updated. It was not. I updated the address with him. He told me that it would get mailed out.When I didn't receive the loaner CPAP machine, I called on 11/07/23. I spoke with another agent. Her demeanor was pleasant. She is the only person in the entire process that wasn't short with me and dismissive. I went over the same steps with her that I did with other agents. She verified that the loaner CPAP still had not been mailed out. She told me she would contact the department and inform them that I need that loaner CPAP. She assured me that my CPAP would be mailed out that same day 11/07/23.I verified my address with her and it was still the wrong address. I previously updated this twice with two different agents. I provided her with the correct mailing address. As of 11/11/23 I still have not have received the loaner device.Every agent I spoke with did suggest that I could come in to drop off my CPAP that needs to be serviced and pick up the loaner CPAP. I am unable to travel to their location. I have mobility issues. It would take well over an hour to travel there on public transit. The only option for me is to have it mailed. If I were able to physical go to the office I would. All my past experiences with getting tubing, face masks, and other miscellaneous items have been done through the mail with this company without any issues.I have been without a CPAP for 11 days. I'm not counting the weekends because their office is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.I am in desperate need of a loaner machine. I'm having physical issues. It's almost two weeks without a CPAP. I have extremely dry throat during sleep, which causes my throat to become sore and hurt. It makes swallowing difficult and painful.My energy throughout the day is very low. I am tired during the daytime and have to keep myself from nodding off.My depression has been exacerbated.I just want my loaner machine. The reviews of this company confirm that working with them about a serious health issue is difficult and frustrating. I've resigned myself to the reality that I'm going to have to continuously call in an effort to motivate them to mail me out the loaner.I don't know what else to do.

I really wish I could give 0 stars. Be aware this business knows that patients need their medical supplies and for you guys to mistreat and simply lie about trying to give me supplies for a machine y'all know isn't on the market anymore. Save yourself the trouble, go somewhere else.

Long wait times. Transferred to three different departments. One rep is working from home and the noise in her room was so loud i- could barely hear! They never were like this. Not sure what happened.

Yes, all of these reviews are accurate. Wish I could also give them zero stars. I have been using them after being referred by my doctor for almost three years. All of these comments are extremely accurate. Communication is almost nonexistent, interacting with argumentative staff who don't seem to care at all, and the need for constant follow up. As of about July of this year, they are under new management from Vero Health based in NJ. The online portal for orders is gone. The original tech that showed me how to use the CPAP was great, but the rest has been absolutely terrible. Avoid like the plague.

If I could give them a NEGATIVE rating I would. They don't even deserve a single "star" rating. They are the worst!!! If your doctor sends you here for service, call them immediately and have a script sent to someplace, anyplace, but here! Every time I have to get new supplies, I have to call this awful company, have them tell me when it's "supposed" to be fulfilled and call again because my order was naturally never sent. And the reason is always "someone didn't process the shipment/order". I have asked every time why this happens and I always get the same answer that "someone just didn't fulfill it". They don't give a shit about the patient. You get a total half assed apology. I am counting down the months until my contract with them is up. I will immediately be switching to Montgomery Medical. My husband gets all his supplies from here and never once did he have to call for supplies or follow up. Pulmonary Care Associates of Havertown sucks beyond measure.

The WORST place! I have given them several "second chances" over many years, but this was the last straw! I paid my bill in July via my health savings bank with online banking, which I have done for years. For 2 months I kept getting bills with late fees from them. I was threatened to be sent to a collection agency. I called, emailed, etc. and said they were paid because the money came out of my account. The mistake was on their end. Finally, I spoke to a woman who solved the issue in MINUTES! Not days or weeks! Their billing department put my payment in the wrong category. I'm now going to another CPap supplier.
