Dr. Hauser and staff dealt with me today and I was nothing less than difficult on the phone. They were patient and kind and got me in when I was in pain. They even switched up treatment when new symptoms presented and got my insurance to approve it within minutes. I am grateful for this team!

Front desk is terrible they do not want to do there job I’ve been trying to get some information sent to my insurance via fax the person at from desk tells me for the past three weeks that staff is on lunch break until 1:15pm and they can’t take a message/note unless it’s an emergency this is what I’m told every time and when I call after 1:15 they won’t answer.

Imaging staff is rude, mri tech is really nice. I arrived even before the front desk people.

I went to this location for a spine injury, the receptionist up front were extremely rude and unwelcoming. On top of that a month after service I was called from the office asking how I wanted to resolve my bill when I have health insurance, clearly the office did not run my insurance correctly which has been a headache to resolve.

They harass you to pay bills they haven’t even sent yet. They called me three times in one week to pressure me to pay them. I have insurance and my insurance was paying. I also paid my co-pay at each visit. After the first call, I looked at my account online and it showed nothing owed. Finally Trish in the billing department called me to imply that I should not attend my final visit with the orthopedist. Yep, although my bill was current, they refused service. As a final wonderful final detail, my physical therapist begged me to vote for insurrection leader and l**** for President.

I'm under the care of Dr. Thompson. When I came in with a lower back injury I was in bad shape. Thought I might never be able to exercise again and would have to change careers. Happy to say 5 months later I'm almost pain free and back to walking 10 miles a day. No needles, no drugs. This has been one of the most positive health care experiences I ever had.

Look out for the $25 bogus covid test that they won't submit to medicare or ins. The post injection mtg. Is with a nurse who only reads notes. The nurse I saw contradicted what the doctor that did my injection told me. Telling me I had no options and they couldn't help me anymore. To go back to the hand and shoulder clinic. Never heard from doctor hauser guess he agreed.

I just came in first patient 7:15 am and was nervous to do MRI but the moment I came in the receptionist was so rude and not sociable at all basically rude. I would never come back here again.

Excellent clinical care. Their business office is poorly run. My issue started with them using an out of network anesthesiologist without warning causing me issues with my insurance company. They send me bills instead of submitting them to my insurance. On the day of my procedure they couldn't find my copayment record so almost refused me service. Thank god i had the screenshot receipt. Too many amateurish issues for a group this size. Dr.Miller was great.

Dr Hauser phenomenal. Been seeing him for years. Had facet injection yesterday pain disappearing. Always in his debt for relieving my pain.

I have been to this location to see Dr. Scollon-Grieve and have had great experiences! The location is NOT closed. I have gone to early in the mornings (7:45am) and I have had short wait times and great experiences with clerks, nurses, and doctors. They also have imaging done on the first floor and after my first appointment I was able to go straight downstairs and walk in for x-rays almost immediately. It's a great facility!

Dr Prawak was wonderful with my wife. Targeting the cause of the pain rather than masking it with drugs. Entire medical staff is great!Only negative is the office staff are fearful of confronting non-English speaking family members in waiting area who play games or watch videos on their phones.
