Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. The lady who called me to schedule my MRI could not have been more pleasant. I scheduled the first MRI for the next morning and everything went smoothly from checking in to having the MRI performed. The tech was very reassuring and made sure I was as comfortable as could be. If I ever need another MRI for any reason I will return here.

This is the worst imaging facility so far! They never pick up the call so its nearly impossible to make an appointment.. if somehow they do, the front desk lady is soo rude and grumpy that you will possibly think twice about your existence while making appointments..

Scheduling my appointment was not the best experience. However, the actual technicians who did the work were wonderful!

Extremely incompetent staff. I scheduled an MRI and had to have an orbit X-ray before to make sure there was no metal in my eyes. They told me to come in early for the X-ray so I went in 30 minutes prior to my appointment time only to be told that they stopped doing X-rays an hour before that. When I scheduled the appointment they were aware that I needed the X-ray but failed to mention that they stop at 330. I was told that I could get the MRI then reschedule the X-ray. I had to inform them that the X-ray was to make sure it was ok to get the MRI. Stay far away from this place.

Attitude of the lady sitting in the front was disgusting....she was very rude ..not coming here anymore....shame!

This is really a wonderful place. The doctors are top notch and the staff is compassionate and effective. It's the complete package. I had a knee replacement with Dr.Elia The surgeon and the surgery were great. I had a broken arm with Dr. Kazanjian and again the care was excellent. If you need an orthopedic doctor this is the place to go.

Not sure what all the negative reviews are for. I was sent here by my doctor and they were very easy to call and make an appointment and friendly when I arrived. The rad techs were friendly and did a great job reassuring me and helping with my anxiety about going in the MRI machine.

My son had an MRI done there this week on Monday. When it was completed, the technician said it would be read the first thing tomorrow. I called at 2:00 PM the following day to ask if the results were in, I was told by a rude receptionist that they can take 24-48 hours. The following day, now closer to 48 hours later (Wednesday), I asked if the results were done, and was rudely told they were faxed to my son's orthopedic specialist. I asked the receptionist if I could have a copy of the report e-mailed to me and was told firmly, no, you have to come in for it. To avoid conflict, because by now I'm just annoyed at the constant rudeness for no reason, I asked my wife to pick up the report. She walked in today, asked nicely for the report and was treated rudely just for walking in. There are many other places to get an MRI done. Any follow up work needed for my son will take place somewhere else. You continue to employ people that don't represent your business well and I'll take mine somewhere else. I'm not a big review person, but your employees MOVED me to do something about our treatment.

Horrible! Tried to setup an MRI through Workers Comp they wanted a second insurance which is understandable. I gave them my regular insurance even though WC pays all claims. They wanted pre authorization from my reg insurance. I'm not jumping through hoops to get an MRI there when I can go 800 other places in the area.

Staff is professional. They are quick and get you in and out. Your appointment time is when they take you back. It isn't helpful to arrive really early because you'll just wait. Waiting room has weird layout but at least they have a TV.

The office staff is incompetent and unable to manage appointments. I was called and told my arrival time was 11:15 and once I waited for over an hour I was told my appointment was for 12:15.

Was denied service because I arrived 6 minutes late. My appointment was scheduled at 7:00 and I was told it’s preferred to arrive at 6:45. I arrived at exactly 6:51 and was refused service. Both receptionists we’re chillin on there phone doing nothing and the place doesn’t close till 8.The next day I called Premier MRI at KOP and while scheduling the appointment I asked the receptionist when is the latest I could arrive and she told me right on my appointment slot and that it’s not a problem at all to arrive a couple minutes later. It seems like premier MRI in Havertown used my 6 minute delay (which I know is a mistake and I apologized for), as a reason to sit down and not do anything.Don’t bother coming here it seems like they’re not interested in doing work at all so why bother ??♂️
