Just found this gem of a store when I needed a special plant looked at. They repotted it for me and gave me directions on how to best take care of it. I thought the price was a real bargain, since I was nervous to repot it myself. They also had a bunch of amazing plants for sale. Definitely the place to go to get quality house plants!

I recently went to Plant Roots Local for repotting of house plants. These plants were gifts as I do not have a green thumb. Prior to the visit, I called to inquire about repotting service and I had a very insightful conversation with Genia who invited me into the store for further diagnosis of my plant issues. When I went to the shop, Sophia and Carlina were very helpful. They educated me on how to care for my plant including factors to consider for watering needs. The atmosphere of the shop was calm, relaxing, and peaceful. Other customers were friendly and engaging. One person in particular shared her positive experience as an established customer. Genia, Sophia, and Carlina were all kind, patient, and encouraging. My poor plants were on the verge of death prior to the visit but they have been revived! I highly recommend Plant Roots Local for all of your plant care needs and I certainly plan to return for additional services!

I have so many great things to say about this shop that I dont know where to start. A true gem here in Havertown. Beautiful, vibrant plants for your home. Creative and meaningful gifts, with such a welcoming and warm environment. Honestly I would come here every day if I could. Support this amazing business!

This is the cutest, best-curated shop in the 'burbs. Beautiful plants and planters, gorgeous gifts and jewelry, candles, etc. -- basically everything that makes your house look and smell nice! The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable and can help answer all your plant-related questions.

They saved my plant! I was having trouble with my spider plant and they diagnosed the problem, helped me re-root my main plant, and found a suitable sprout for me to repot. Both times I've interacted with different staff all have been very professional, friendly, and helpful.

I spoke to who I believe was the owner by phone yesterday to confirm she had the plant I was looking for. I visited this adorable shop later that afternoon and was greeted and treated like a valued customer. I bought 2 plants and plan to return soon for more.

I stop by every week to buy something new. I love the inventory but the staff is less than helpful or enthusiastic. I’m disappointed that the staff seems so disinterested in customer service

I had a great experience buying indoor plants here. The woman was very helpful and knowledgeable. I bought this fern last year and it's doing great! I'll be back soon since I recently made some more space.

A while back I bought a ring from them that was said to be sterling silver and it turned my finger green in a half hour of wearing it. The plant I bought is fine but i'm still angry about the ring.
