Fraser just got done on a mid size implementation and the thing that stuck out is something I live for. OVERCOMMUNICATION! This was throughout the process and through the 6 day implementation. When something as trivial as the truck was delayed I was informed so that my end user was not in the dark. This seems like something all vendors do but I cannot tell you how often they don’t want to discuss ‘bad’ happenings and ultimately a tiny issue becomes a 5 alarm fire. They have proven a great combination of service and price and an incredible value. Large enough to service big organizations and small enough to be agile/flexible. Job well done!!!”
