I can’t recommend this place any more for your Mac issues. I have a mid-2012 MacBook that had a dead battery. When I called Apple, I was told that I had an obsolete item and none of the genius people could repair it. I came here and had my battery replaced, screen replaced, and a new battery for $237. I’m certain this would have been more anywhere else. Extra bonus points that my Mac was ready the same day!! I’m grateful for this place and will definitely be back for all future Mac issues.

I went to get my iPhone 14 Pro fixed. Not only did they give my problem their full attention but they worked to get me the solution with the least amount of cost. The phone was fixed quick and. Easy and the environment was welcoming and most of all CLEAN. Thank you Jason and the rest of the store for making my life easier.

I needed to get a new battery in my MacBook and I was pressed for time before leaving town. They assured me they could get it done before the end of the day. They did even better than that and had it done just after lunch. Very easy folks to deal with and very friendly as well. I would definitely recommend them before an Apple Store every chance.

I had an older Macbook (2014) where one of the speakers went bad. Microcenter couldn't help because parts were no longer available. I reached out to McMobile/Mac Sensei and they had a set of speakers brand new. Turn around was 24hrs. Perfect!

I went to this store because my computer (MacBook Pro 2014) wouldn’t find my internal hard drive, they did a thorough job working on what they could with it. Turns out, the firmware inside the computer was shot, so I purchase a refurbished 2017 MacBook Pro (for less than I expected!) I then came back again with a small issue with the disk not reading my external hard drive but they were so patient and helpful with their support! I would 100% recommend this store! They know how to help and try everything to make sure you are able to be successful when walking out!

I brought my 2017 Macbook Pro in because it was not charging. I thought it was the charging port. I was quoted a reasonable price before coming in based on what I thought was the problem. Micro Center wouldn’t even look at it for that price and was incredulous Macsensei would charge so little. As it turns out, Chris looked at my computer and 1) taught me I could charge it from other ports. 2) saw an obstruction 3) removed it for free! (it was lint). I felt silly, I had tried blowing it out but he used tweezers. No charge and my computer functions. Thanks! You gained yourself a loyal customer.

Great people very knowledgeable and helpful. Not only do they have new MAC products, but they also have some used laptops and systems at reasonable prices.

Even though they weren't able to solve the 'Flexgate' issue of my MBP15's Flexgate, the advice and attentiveness from Jason was excellent…thank you for your help and consideration.

I don’t even think to go to the Apple Store anymore. Just show up and they treat you like family. Helped work out many issues.

I had a very great experience here! I was having issues with my usb port on my MacBook Pro and Jason was extremely patient and knowledgable with the issue. They were able to fix my laptop for me and get me up and running. I highly recommend this place and will be a returning customer!
