“Excellent customer service! The staff at the Folsom store is friendly and very courteous! I’m not one to take the time to write reviews but the service was exceptional. I had the pleasure of working with Daniel at the Folsom store. I was returning a “ton” of Comcast equipment and Daniel took care of everything quickly and painlessly! I was in and out of the store in about 5 minutes..This was a fantastic experience! I can not thank Daniel and the staff enough..Ps. I just want to mention I am not being paid for my review nor do I have any relatives that work for the store. They provided great customer service and I felt it necessary to provide feedback since you don’t see this type of exceptional service much these days..Keep up the great work and thank you!”

“These guys were great. SUPER fast, super friendly, and super communicative - which is always important when you're trying to get precious cargo delivered! They also went above and beyond for me, not only accepting my particular requests for what I needed shipped, but then waiving some of the additional fees without even telling me. It wasn't until weeks later I realized they charged me less and it was a nice surprise compared to the usual bad surprises with shipping! 100% recommend them, and love how much they genuinely care about what they do. “This place was ideal for my storage needs for one year. Everyone working here has been super nice; for example, I forgot to turn off auto-pay at the very end of the lease and they saved the check for me, called me about it, and allowed me to pick up the non-cashed check at my convenience. The loading bay and parking spots were super convenient for the moves, too.”
“I have nothing but positive things to say about this UPS Store. It is convenient and organized, and the staff are knowledgeable and accommodating. It is the most efficient UPS Store I have ever used in any city and state I have ever lived in. The store manager, Shirley, works miracles daily to keep their lines down! I am in there often making returns (Amazon Prime member here), and I have never waited longer than five minutes when Shirley was there (and my line placement was at the front door once!).I will be moving soon; it made me realize I have taken my local UPS Store for granted. “I'm a West Chester transplant to this PO. Stopped by at lunch on a Tuesday. The location is reasonably convenient to the highway. There was no line and the two women working the counter both seemed friendly. The one who helped me was friendly and helpful. I had to do a written form to put a hold on my mail due to the situation (super not thrilled about that) but overall my positive experience was the opposite recent reviews. Heard it might be 10 months til Airport Rd is reopened. :-(”
