worse place I ever been, they make me wait at doors and windows place for 1 hour saying some body will be there soon, after an hour I went to manager name called Shan, he his like we don’t have any professional in doors section, he was so rude and ridiculous, he is not fit for manager job

Store is not managed well. Some product is not stocked and some is placed in wrong bins as wall as opened product sold as new.

Avoid store at all costs and just stick with Home Depot. Worst customer service ever.
They are regularly out of item in store and if you order ahead for pick up, they give you incomplete items or just skip items altogether and say you received them. They don’t fulfill anything timely and you will be left waiting for days and on the phone for hours trying to get a refund on items.

Good morning Google Family. I decided to purchase a Tower Fan since one of our family fans is on the brink and I got rid of it to the city sanitation crew. They are great, taking our trash in this hot, humid weather and never complaining. Brian, an employee, at Lowe's, always helps me out and he is the BEST!!! He is always there to assist and goes above and beyond. HE happened to be in the area and I called out to him.. I explained to him that I wanted a tower fan and I asked him if I needed a screwdriver to install it and if the fan came with screws in the box. Brian, opened up the box and demonstrated to me how the fan needed to be installed. He showed me a video how the fan worked. Brian took the time to explain to me and took the fan pieces out of the box to show me how the fan needed to be put together. Clearly, this is above and beyond what was necessary. This is not the first time that Brian assisted me. I appreciate his time and his patience with me. Clearly, everyone in this world is not KIND and everyone in this world is not PATIENT. Brian is both KIND and PATIENT. This cruel world we live in, needs more kind and more patient people like Brian. Shout out to Brian, you are clearly AN ASSET TO LOWE's. Happy Saturday, Google Family and have a great day!!!!I I forgot to mention that my mom and I love our new Tower Fan. I just might purchase more, Bye!!!
