Delivery of fridge and washer scheduled with a time frame of 10-2. Cool. Around 2:45 call the store was told they were informed they are running behind about 45 minutes. Fast forward to 4:30. Call again this time to cancel. I was then told I still had to wait for my delivery to refuse the items. Fast forward to 7:00pm called again, spoke with the manager at havertown. She called the delivery company. The delivery company called me told me the truck broke down, the truck was delivering for 2 stores and they had to get coverage and he did not make it to the first appt until 1. And that the stores were notified. However Lowes feels it is appropriate to let customers wait with drinks out of their fridge, waiting all day as if they have nothing else to do and not call them. On top of that when a customer calls and says they want to cancel a 1800.00 order you put your manager on the phone to make it right. Nothing which tells me this happens all time..I was also informed by the delivery company that he still has to pick up my items and then come to my home. I took a shower after my son got home from work so he can stand by, and drive to Lowe's the girl at the returns processed my return in 5 min. Did not even ask why, this whole time I could have went to the store and been done with this madness. I leave the store mind you a truck is pulling in. I get a call back from the delivery people asking me was I certain I didn't want the washing machine because I did tell the manager at Lowe's I wasn't taking the washer and I told the delivery lady as well. My thoughts is, why is Lowe's is I am the customer of asking the delivery person to confirm with me if I am sure I don't want the washer. I told her at this point send your driver home. I cancelled my whole order. I told her I believe you when you said Lowe's was informed. And the fact that they want to communicate with you instead of me. And not one person, or manager asked if there was anything they can do, they do not deserve my business. She was very nice very understanding, wishes there was more she could do. I told her I was also cancelling my 2/17 appt for cabinets and countertops. This is lesson. I am a property manager, customer service is my number one priority. So now they do not get any more of my business. At any store.

Ordered a battery operated Snow Blower and arranged to pick up with curbside delivery. The Lowes app was not functioning so I was unable to tell them I was outside waiting for a delivery so I went in to see what was going on. I went to pick up and they told me it was in the back and would be brought out shortly. 20 minutes later they brought out a box that looked like it had fallen down two flights of stairs. The box was opened and had significant damage so I refused to take delivery. When I asked for a receipt they curtly said you'll get one via email. Sadly I won't be back! These people make Home Depot look good!

I mostly come here for indoor plants. There's a decent selection. But, my last trip was so disappointing. They put small plants into "fancy" pots and charge them up! I used to get those same small plants for $5.99. Now they are $15.99-and up, the fancier the pot, the more it cost.

I have visited this Lowe's location on November 27 Black Friday weekend specifically paint department they have 30% off signs I didn't read the fine print so I asked the sales rep the - the lady with long hair that was mixing the paint if the paint that I'm interested in is included in the 30% sale. She said yes I picked up paint. I asked her a few more questions which she answered and we proceeded to the counter at the counter where she asked me to decide to pick the type of paint for the walls... different brand different finish also asked her whether this one in particular is on 30% sale because it was rather the high and high priced paint and she Said yes it is. I proceeded to the register to pay for the paints and the 30% discount code was not coming up.I asked the person at the self check out if she could do something about it she referred me to another person. Another person came in. I explained the situation, now he brought third person. The third guy came in when I started explaining what happened he immediately told me to stop yelling at him which I was not. I was explaining the situation and what happened... that alone gives you sort of indication of how customers are treated right from the get-go. He was trying to get in a defensive position when I explain what happened and I said I asked the woman at the paint counter not once but twice he, than, I assume went back to talk to her when he came back he said that's not what she said so not only I've been not able to purchase the paint at the 30% discount I was also lied to and I was mistreated the person that I've been specifically talking to twice lied lying about what I said, and what she said, this is like ultimate letdown unacceptable behavior. I don't know who is managing the store but that person and the person at the paint counter and the people that talk to me everything should be really trained again or fired. I don't know what your procedures that I should not be helping customers they are liars they do not belong in a place working with the public. I will never return to this business again I'd rather shop at Sherwin-Williams directly. Happy holidays all! .

I went in to get some keys made. I had to get 5 copies of several different keys and the gentleman put all the keys in 1 bag and when I asked him how am I going to figure which is which he statec " Your Going To Have To Match Them Up"....unbelievable

Do not ever, ever, ever EVER, EVER, EVER purchase an extended warranty on an appliance from Lowes. We purchased a dishwasher just over 12 months ago and had lowes install it and we purchased the 3 year extended warranty. The dishwasher began to leak when running and we called out a local plumber that said it was a detected part that the 3 year warranty would cover and we should call lowes to fix it. That was 2 and a half weeks ago. My wife and I have spent upwards of 10 hours on the phone trying to just schedule an appointment for someone to come out to assess it, which is covered under the warranty. When we get someone on the line they say they are putting a request in and will call or email us in 4 business days. After those 4 days pass and we call again the customer service rep blamed me for not calling back prior to the 4 days expiring. The warranty appears to be a scam and I will never ever shop at Lowes again. There are other hardware stores close enough including Home Depot. I suggest nobody ever purchase the warranty when offered.

Always an easy Lowes to go to. Abundance of parking and they have everything you need with excellent cashiers. Lightning fast checkout and the people here are always helpful.

This review is specifically for their plant garden section. In the past two years, I became a lover of houseplants. It's kinda becoming an obsession!I came to Lowes to check out their selection and I really saw some great plants for affordable prices.I was looking for another snake plant and I was able to snatch a healthy one for about 23.00. I also saw some beeyutiful birds of paradise, monsteria- philadendron, ponthos along with some beautiful pots.If you're into plants like me, I definitely recommend to check out Lowes garden selection!

Had everything I wanted. Even though they where low on stock with cement borders and other stone product they had enough to get my project started. And as always everyone was very pleasant. Slowly leaving home depot for lowes.
