The owner of this tax service is very unprofessional and could have cost me fees in penalties. I am a non-profit. I provided her with all my information and was expecting for at least help with form 941. After sending her emails and leaving voicemails, I finally was able to talk with her. She told me she wasn't going to get back to me until mid May and I was not a priority. Form 941 for 1st Quarter is due April 30, 2024
