Poor service. They filed a local tax I had to pay that didn’t apply to me. They messed up my state return and I owed more and now just got a letter from IRS saying there was a mistake on federal taxes too. Total pain to deal with now and exactly why I had them do it in first place was so I wouldn’t have to deal with it. Go to a real CPA is my advice. These are not them.

Alyssa Gray of H&R block in havertown is the real deal!!! She not only explained everything to me but she was personable, efficient and funny. It's the 1st time I enjoyed getting my taxes done. She didn't push any unnecessary things at me to purchase and explained why and what the cost of the preparation were. We shared some stories and launded and actual got to know eachother a bit. Most of the tax taxes are dry and unpleasant. Not with Alyssa. I will be returning to H&R block next year but only for my girl Alyssa!!!

I was very surprised by the pricing of preparing my taxes. It was a simple tax return. No pricing structure was discussed before my taxes were filed, and I was shocked by the amount of the bill at the time of check out. There is no itemized detail on the receipt provided for each returns cost only the over all cost. Will never come back.

Do not trust this company! This company is nothing but a bunch of liars who try to get business in crooked ways! I had gone to their office at Baltimore Pike and was informed that the ITIN application can be physically accepted by Carmen Miller at this office. Also, I called the Manoa shopping center office to verify that I can drop-in the ITIN application, no need of taking assistance, and can walk-in anytime. However, that was a lie.Once you are at the office, they give you a whole different story. You have to have an appointment and should also take their assistance to go ahead with the ITIN application. I believe they lie to get you there at the office, and once you are in the office they convince you to pay. Very ethical!How can you trust such people with your taxes?!
