Decent selection at tolerable prices.Biggest issue for me is that they NEVER open on time. Sign says 9:00am on Saturday? Don't bother until at least 10am. Same for during the week and Sundays. If you're not going to open on time, either change your hours or get a better alarm clock.

I've been here on and off over the years but have become more regular over the past 6-8 months. I can't say that I know for sure if and when the business changed hands but it has improved since past visits. First, the shelves are organized and stocked. It is not huge so in addition to the usual space hoards (Miller lite, Bud light, Claw) they have a few types of ciders, some rows where you'll find Bell's and other smaller brew stuff and recently surprised to see Maine Brewing Peeper offered. Staff is attentive and building is just in better aesthetic shape.

The owner of this beer store knows how to operate! I have been looking for this imported German beer for about 2 months and couldn’t find until I found Havertown beverage! The gentleman working at the counter was extremely helpful and the store was extremely organized. So many selections of micro breweries and big name brands. Lots of imported selections too. This will be my main beer store for now on, especially if they are selling my favorite beer.

I recently had the pleasure of stopping by Havertown Beverage to pick up some beer for house guests. I was a bit hesitant because in the past the beer was never really cold and the assortment limited. I was very pleasantly surprised to find the establishment under new ownership! Not only was a new cooler installed but the assortment increased as well! They also installed coolers for assorted six packs! The new owners are extremely friendly and helpful. I will be certainly be returning and encourage people in the area to do the same. This is a family run business and deserve our local support.
