Fay Auto is always ready to accommodate its customers, especially if they are in tight circumstances. My window went off track right before a long drive to see my new granddaughter and they really saved the day. A few weeks later, I got a flat tire and it was fixed in hours. I have really been impressed with the responsiveness of this place. Whenever I have had an issue, they have taken care of things right away. I don't feel like they nickel and dime me. It seems like they try to save me money wherever they can. They seem very knowledgeable and eager to please. This is the only place that I take my cars.
