My car looks better than it did when I brought it in! Looks like they detailed it and even buffed off a scratch not in the area of impact from my car accident. Looks brand new!

My wife got hit and my insurance company recommended this auto body shop because it was close to our home and they are part of their network . When I called they were fast and picked up our car within the hour. Fast forward a few weeks and they called to say our car was ready. What a great surprise , our car looked fantastic , inside and out. This is one great company and I highly recommend them. Thank you all for such a truly professional job??

After my experience, I refuse to take my car anywhere else. When I got my car back, I didn't even know which side was damaged previously because my car looked perfect. Please do not waste your time anywhere else. If you are wanting to get your car repaired, look no further.

I had a great experience with Direct Paint and Collision. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The time they had my car was reasonable. My car was cleaner than when I bought it and looks like nothing ever happened.

After an accident (in my case, my two vehicles, parked on the street, were damaged, one badly, when they were struck by a drunk driver), when it is easy to get angry about having to deal with the aftermath, the last thing you want is to have problems with a body shop. Within minutes of beginning my interaction with Direct Paint & Collision, I knew I was dealing with competent, efficient professionals. I could not have hoped for a better experience. They assisted with everything, including facilitating dealing with insurance companies and car rental. Ian told me it was his goal to get vehicles fixed so they are as good as new. He met his goal with my vehicles.

Direct Paint and Collision replaced my car’s door quickly and perfectly, and gave me an excellent courtesy on a repair for a prior accident. Tyler was in touch with me for the repair, but the entire staff did a wonderful job of keeping in touch with me and letting me know what was going on.

Direct Paint & Collision was recommended to me by my mechanic and I am so thankful for these guys! I got in to a minor accident and always assumed that the most difficult part would be dealing with aftermath, but these guys made it so easy! They got me in very quickly & communicated with me every step of the way. They also did all of the communication with my insurance as it pertained to the estimate, which meant I could focus on other things (replacing car seat, rental, etc.). They also had my car back up & running in no time. I highly recommend!

This is a long overdue acknowledgement of the superior service that was done by your shop, Direct Collision, after an accident. From the initial estimate on July 20th done by Mark Horn until the final completion of the car on September 25th Mark made everything seamless. This was unfamiliar territory to me but Mark assured me along the way that he would deal with the insurance company and I would not need to. Once the car was in your shop I no longer dealt with the minutiae and the wrangling. He absolutely took care of everything. There were multiple requests from the insurance company and I was notified after things had been settled. I am sure that you are accustomed to this type of back and forth but to someone who isn't familiar with the process it was reassuring to know that an individual like Mark who had my best interest in mind, was handling it. The work was done to perfection and the vehicle came back to me looking new. Thanks for the clean out of the inside! Please be assured that if I find myself or know of a friend who is in need of repair service in the future, Direct Collision will be the first I think of. My Chevy Impala was recently rear ended, resulted in me coming to Direct Paint. I was expecting the "runaround" that the last shop gave me. Well none of that here! Not only did Michael Esposito call and have Enterprise pick me up that day, but he gave me regular updates and a mere 6 days later, I had my car back. And it was IMMACULATE and fresh inside when I got it back. The paint job matched PERFECTLY. The work was awesome!! Michael and Tyler are the best, and this is my new spot for auto body repair and paint. Tell a friend.

Unfortunately, I have to say that in over 22 years I have never had an experience like this with a business that does car repair. Direct Paint & Collision Inc kept my car for a total of 68 days (over 2 months!) to repair some front end damage from a car accident. I gave Direct Paint & Collision Inc my car on October 13, 2023 and it took them until December 20, 2023 to fix it. Direct Paint & Collision blamed the delay on an "auto parts strike". However, the delay in finishing my repairs persisted weeks beyond the end of the supposed auto parts strike.During the months of November 2023 and December 2023 I would call at various times for updates on the status of my car repair. When I would call sometimes I would be told that the car be ready soon, but they were just waiting on a part to come in. However, on more than one occasion I was told that they're waiting on a part or two and that the car may be ready to pick up the next day; the car was never ready the next day on these occasions and nobody called me to follow up either.So, after a few failures to deliver on claims that my car may be ready the next day or ready within a few days, I called for another update on December 12th 2023 (60 days after dropping my car off and 8 days before the car would finally be ready) and this time I was told a harness needed to be fixed and they also needed to figure out why my check engine light mysteriously triggered, but should be ready within a day.Eight days later, I finally receive a call from Direct Paint & Collision at 2:00 PM on December 20 2023 telling me that my car is ready for pickup. To add further insult, when I arrived to pick up the car, one of the employees at the front desk has the nerve to joke that my car has been there "longer than some of their employees". It's really not funny.Again, I've had cars serviced over the past 22 years and this is by far been the worst experience that I've had. In a situation like this, you are truly at the mercy of the business that's handling your car repair and you really do feel like a helpless consumer. The work appears to have been done well, but that's very little consolation considering the delay, failed claims of delivery and the attitudes of the staff about the delay.

Ian and the team here are phenomenal at what they do. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to a friend. My car looks brand new and that’s a hard task on a 2000 Altima!
