This CVS smells. Literally smells bad. I don't know what exactly it smells like but it hits you as soon as you walk in.

No registers open, after a long wait a rude employee assisted two separate elderly persons and forced them to use self checkout.\nWhen I asked why she didn't have a register open, she said she was helping more people this way, ( myself and the people behind me would disagree).\nWhen I asked to speak to the manager, she stated she was the manager, after some back and forth , I cursed and left the store. RiteAud is only 3 blocks further I'll start shopping there

The pharmacist was rude and unprofessional. No other customers were at the pharmacy counter. But the pharmacist was very busily sucking on a lollipop and could hardly be understood— and she certainly couldn’t be bothered to help us. She was testy at having to answer a simple question about allergy medications, refused to look up a requested product and would not even show us where the medications were kept—just waved generally and said “over there.” She did not take that lollipop out of her mouth during our entire exchange! We went to another store. She wasted our time, but we will not allow her to waste our time again— we are not going back!

Pitiful excuse for a pharmacy! Most incompetent, good for nothing, do nothing store location ever. Not enough employees to handle their greed so everyone has to wait days for their meds.Time to say "we aren't accepting new patients"

At the Havertown CVS Store two staff members, a pharmacy technician and a front desk lady, both went out of their way to help and advise me on my purchases. Very nice of them. I appreciated their dedication in providing excellent service and their pleasant friendly disposition was also very nice.

Terrible experience . If 0 was an option , I would have picked it up.I went a group of 3 for vaccination. After waiting for 70 minutes , we find out that there are still 3 ahead of us knowing that we had appointments scheduled. The pharmacist was no where to be seen because he is drawing the vaccine up and doing other pharmacy business. We left and took our vaccination at another location.

The amount of trash on the outside of this store shows zero respect for the community. The cvs corporation should be held responsible and accountable for their affect on the community that allows them to do business.

If you shop online and pick up in this store, you actually get better pricing! How backwards is that? They actually charge you for saving them the time to pick your order and have it ready. I'm really surprised this place has managed to stay in business for so long.

Eagle Road Havertown branch. I have a diabetes medication that’s increasing hard to get hold of because of secondary usage for weight loss. I order 7 days in advance and I get zero communication that it’s in on back order or as they said today were not getting it. I call the pharmacy and there’s a lady that picks up the phone that should be absolutely nowhere near customer service. Aggressive and with zero manners. She might be good at her job but she needs to be kept away from patients. Seriously. It’s stressful enough doing their job for them of tracking down our prescriptions. And I’ll it takes is for them to update us. In my line of work we call It ‘managing expectations’ and it’s pivotal to our role in anything. Looking for new pharmacy.
