After chatting with a customer service rep, they assured me my account was closed and that it takes 60-90 days(so the account holder can download any necessary statements) for that to reflect on the online banking portal. It sure would have been nice if that was explained to me at the branch. I requested paper documentation that my account was closed be mailed to me. Will update review if that does not arrive.

They're getting better keeping tellers and but they still have a lack of service's for small business. But I guess that market is disappearing with retail trade going away so much.

Terrible service! Had an account for 25+ years. They pushed me to "go paperless." I did. Closed the account because I am moving. Online access to paperless statements ended. They wanted to charge me $6 per statement and $25 per hour to print them out for me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ridiculous. The statements must still exist digitally. Why they can't send me a file with them all or give me access to them online is inconcievable. Debbie treated me poorly. Avoid Citizens Bank!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I absolutely love all the staff at the Manoa branch. They are all so nice, kind friendly and helpful. Anytime I need help with anything banking they are always ready to help.

Was there today and had the wonderful teller named Debbie. She was patient, assisted me with my deposits, withdraw, and answered my questions promptly. Let me tell you she was very pleasant, always smiled, and showed awesome customer service. Many other teller visits didn’t do it for me at this location but I hope to come back and have Debbie again! Thank you. Your awesome.

The staff at this location works as a team. They are helpful, and knowledgeable. Recently I purchased a house and needed certified statements. I was able to do this on my lunch break, and I was in and out quickly. Thanks so much for your help! You guys are awesome!

The bank teller (it was a guy) would not change my stack of $20 bills to $100 bills for me, saying it's their policy to not change denominations for non-customers. This, despite the fact that I *was* able to get my desired denomination at a DIFFERENT Citizen's Bank branch.If I was ever planning to move my funds to Citizens Bank, now I am definitely NOT going to do so.

The female manager of this branch (I apologize for not having her name) is extremely helpful and nice and every bank employee I have dealt with have also been great. Never have had a bad experience and love this particular branch over others I have been to. Highly recommend.

I have been with citizens bank for over 18 years. I was going to leave years ago. once I paid off my home equity loan because of the lack of care for their customers. I have a business account with them. Square credit card company deposited monies they collected from 4 of my clients, into the wrong account at Citizens bank. When I brought this to the attention of they bank, they "expedited" the issue and it took 5 months for the bank to determine they were not responsible to retrieve the funds from the incorrect account because I noticed the discrepancy after 30 days from the statement. So I am out $310. Citizens Bank admitted that they know where the funds went, but they are not obligated to have it returned to my account. Needless to say, I am leaving Citizens Bank. Also, I ahd emailed and called the district manager and never once received a return call or email. He ignored me.

I like this branch. I don't understand why the Citizens Bank ATM machines (everywhere) ask me if I speak Spanish. I have been banking there for 20 years and their system still doesn't know my preferred language? I go to Wells Fargo, and they know my preferred language and they know my preferred transaction, and they know I want the receipt emailed to me. Why is that so hard for Citizens Bank to figure out?
