“I have taken my cars there several times for inspection, oil changes, engine, and transmission services and brakes. The job was always done on time. What I didn't know is the guy who ran the place wasn't doing any of the work. Well, typical business owners and workers. Until the owner, Steve which I and many of you liked began to have marital problems caused by substance abuse. Which left some customers ripped off, mortgage and taxes as well as the mechanics who were actually doing the work unpaid. Like many of you, I feel sorrow that the man they knew had fallen down this path, it is very sad. but the master mechanic Richard stepped up and took the reins and is doing what he always has done, fixing your car. So now that Steve is gone and we hope he finds the help he needs let's support Richard by continuing to have our auto's repaired by the actual person behind the curtain. Richard, we all wish you all the luck you need with your new business and will continue bringing our cars to you for expert repair at a fair price. I also understand that the station will begin pumping gas sometime in April.”
“I cannot say enough good things about this business and the owners of the business. When I say they go above and beyond for their customers and their needs it's an understatement. First, my daughter's car was hit in her parking lot and she couldn't get out of the driver's side door, instead she would have to crawl out the passenger side door to get out. She took her car to them and they popped the dent, so she could open it correctly and then refused to charge her for it. Recently my daughter needed an inspection for her car, but she was injured and these wonderful and caring owners brought her car to her and they are coming to get it again for reinspection as well... “Good evening Google Family. I visited the gas station this morning to kill time. I had to wait until the Citizens Bank opened up. It was early. The bank opened at 9 am. So I decided to purchase gas while waiting. It didn't look like the gas station was open. So I drove right up to the window and then I saw an employee. It was open. It looked so dark and deserted. I explained to the associate why I had done that. He understood and then I asked for $25.00 worth of gas on Number 1. I filled up the tank and away I went to wait again for the bank to open. Still too early. I had a good experience at the Sunoco gas station and I will return. Good night Google Family!!”

“Got a set of 4 tires, made the appointment and was told it would be around 2 hours. Got there a little early and got out a little less than 2 hours . They were short staff that day. so I do not think it was that bad . Never had a problem with getting tires at Pep Boys. Once made the mistake of getting tires at Walmart, never again”
“I went to Jiffy lube on July 2 and their credit card was down but they were very professional and polite. On July 3rd I tried calling several time but there phone was down so I drove to the place. Luckily they were open and by the way they did not know their phone was down till I got there and told them but they were very polite about it.
They took my car in right away and because of the inconvenience they did a free tire rotation. I was in shell shock for the amount of money how much and oil change was. I use to pay 55 with a coupon so today I paid 88.00 with a coupon. I think you should give senior citizens a discount without the coupon.
I have been taking my car to this particular Jiffy Lube for over 20 years. I just think it was a lot of money . I can say they were very professional and polite but I just think that’s a lot of money.
I do not trust my car for oil changes to anyone else .”
