Seth is the most knowledgeable and meticulous mechanic that I have experienced in 15 years of biking. He provided outstanding service at reasonable prices when he recently tuned up my road bike. Seth explained and addressed findings that no other mechanic ever mentioned. I highly recommend him!

Seth is the man. Did good work with him. But the owners. Scum. Sharing so you don’t make the same mistakes….. that end up being blessings… but I want you to beat the M Cult ——>You will learn to see M and question -Can I trust this place ?Well -These landlords.Part of the cult.The first shop I ever tried to lease….In 2018….Landlord said he loved the idea and wanted to invest ….Sent him a web link and we talked about a week —>Then ghosted….Skull ? and bones . Get lost.

Excellent customer service!I was searching everywhere online for a specific light for my Bern helmet. Found one listed on their website. I emailed the shop and I got a swift response. A few emails later Seth said he's happy to mail the item to me in the UK. Throughout the transaction he's been transparent and efficient.I am absolutely delighted with the service. It was securely packed and I got the light in about 1.5 weeks.This seemingly simple transaction says a lot about the shop and Seth. He is a trustworthy, reliable and efficient person.

There are many reasons why Mechanic bicycle shop has five star reviews. My experience is no different. My family and I have a few bikes, often I am taking one in and picking one up. Seth is an absolute joy to deal with. His expertise, and attention to detail make you want to bring your bikes in to be serviced! He makes sure that your bike leaves set up properly, and always seems to work just as hard to save you time and money. He cares about his customers, and what leaves his shop. If you’re going to spend any time on a bicycle, you should have Seth check over your ride. He makes sure your set up is right, saving you from discomfort, and hat your bike is safely assembled. On top of that, his extensive knowledge can guide you through any maintenance issue, or help you prep for a new challenge. I recommend this place to anyone that’s into cycling. A true old school bike shop, not a corporate franchise. Upgrade you bike and your experience

Seth is great at this little shop whenever you need something fixed. Will give a cost breakdown and be very clear about how long service will take, how he can accommodate for different things. Although the hours are somewhat limited, he offers incredible service for a small operation!

This place is always a treat every time I go. Seth is one of the nicest and most knowledgeable people I have met. He gives honest advice and saves you money when possible. I find myself giving excuses to stop in when I can!

Great bike shop! They ordered me an old tool that I needed and it arrived the next day. Friendly & smart staff. Shop has a great feel to it. Not a big bike company chain store or store hustling to sell you everything on the shelf.

This is an gem of a store. I needed to have one of my tubeless tires replaced quickly and found this store thru Google. I was very happy with the quality of tire and timeliness of the repair. I also really enjoyed talking to Seth. The next time I need maintenance done on my bike (it has electronic shifting so I won't take it just anywhere), I will certainly take it here to see what they can do. My guess, they will do an awesome job.

Couldn’t ask for a better bike experience. Seth is extremely knowledgeable and has built a great community of cyclists who come to his shop. Great place to go for any bike needs and even find people to ride! Couldn’t ask for a better bike shop to be close to my home. Highly recommend!

In a world where you usually need to choose between turn-around time, expertise, and keeping it local, Mechanic gives you all three. I've had three different road/TT bikes in for maintenance since they opened and have never thrown anything at them they can't handle. Seth brings great knowledge of everything cycling with none of the pretentiousness.
