He walked me through the process, explained each step, and told me what I needed to do. At that point I felt confident that I was dealing with the right people. When I got to Jacoby's, I dealt with Karen (I think that was her name), who was both knowledgeable and a lovely person. She was able get us in and out in 20 minutes, which considering everything we had to do, was remarkable. The folks at Jacoby's are pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient. I won't go to anyone else.”
