“I was recently diagnosed with Lupus and I knew I needed to make a life change ASAP! I came across Main Line Total Fitness and called them and had the pleasure to speaking with Ed (owner). Immediately I knew this is where I belonged. Ed told me to come in that day and he along with Tray (Trainer) got me set up with a plan that was conducive to my condition and schedule. I’ve been here for two weeks and loss body fat and gained muscle which has decreased the inflammation in my body! I feel stronger and I feel supported here. This club cares about their people. I feel blessed to be here and I am excited to see my health journey into the new year.”

“I needed to find somewhere close that has a variety of classes that will challenge me and keep my interest so I keep coming back. I signed up for the 2 week trial and in my first 8 days I’ve done 6 classes. I have enjoyed all of them for different reasons. The instructors have all been great and everyone has been so welcoming. I think my favorite part is almost all the classes are only 45 minutes so it really fits in my schedule better. If you are thinking about trying it out, you definitely should do it. I know when I’m done my 2 weeks Ill be signing up for more.”

“I have been a member of CFML Plymouth Meeting for almost 10 years. Before I started CrossFit I had been just a regular "globo-gym" member, just doing my own thing without any guidance. But I wasn't seeing any change in my appearance or strength. I was ready to try something different. Starting this journey has been one of the most challenging and rewarding experiences. Not only did I start to get stronger physically, but also mentally. The team of coaches here are so wonderful and kind. They are always willing to take the time with each member to explain things, change things up to better suit your needs, or just listen.

I have never been a member at another CrossFit gym, but I feel so lucky to have found CFML Plymouth Meeting as my intro to CrossFit. This can be your gym, but it can also be your community. “Jabz changed my workout life! From an accommodating range of class times, 7 days a week to daily workouts mapped out for me! I love working out but I'm not good at mapping a workout regimen fit for me. JABZ does that for me which makes working out more fun! The coaches are my favorite part of my workout! “I've been with Fight Shape for over 8 years and I couldn't be happier! I'm in the best shape of my life and stronger than I've ever been. The coaches are knowledgeable and friendly. They push you to work your hardest and you will see results. The other members are super friendly and welcoming. It doesn't matter what shape you are in - there is no judgment! “I have been going to steelworks for a few months now and i have loved my experience so far. The coaches have all been great, the sense of community between the other gym goers has been amazing as well. I use to dread going to the gym and viewed it as a chore but since switching to Steelworks it’s been fresh and exciting. Everyday holds something different. “Dragon Gym has been a fantastic experience for my son. He's been attending for several years at this point and he has gained so much more than simply learning martial arts. There are a number of skills beyond karate that he has learned such as discipline, focus, leadership, confidence and communicating clearly to name a few.All the instructors at Dragon Gym have been great to work with and are extremely supportive. “LOVE this place and these people! Morning, daytime, evening and week-end classes are available to accommodate everyone. That was especially important to me, because I like to attend a 90 minute Bikram class, every single day and my schedule is very rocky! I find all of the instructors Chalise, Justin, Alana, Chris, Neil, accomplished, attentive and so approachable. I use modifications, because I have joint replacements and shoulder cuff surgeries.All of the staff are open and friendly .One of the co-ownwers, Andy, has asked the Focus community, to take walks with me, when I could not take classes and was healing. He expressed his warm wishes for me to heal and come back, because I had shoulder surgery. The community engaged, chimed in and have really helped out! Focus is inclusive in every way and members bring their children, as well as their parents. I feel very blessed to have connected with Focus Bryn Mawr!”

“I took an uplift class with Coach Jess. I was nervous because I have quirky things that cause some physical activity to be difficult but she was able to adapt almost everything to make sure that I was still able to do all the movements and feel super strong. She didn't make me feel uncomfortable and I never felt pressured to do more than I thought I could handle even if she thought I could handle more. I started the class with minimal weight lifting knowledge and finished today feeling both confident in weight lifting abilities and my body control in doing exercises. Her knowledge, personality, and humor made the classes fun. I'd totally recommend anyone taking the class if you need trauma informed weight lifting. If you're just looking for a great coach at a weight lifting gym... she's also your girl.”

“I’ve been with burn boot camp for a little over 2 months and not a day has gone by that I’ve regretted my decision to join. I’ve loved every second of being apart of this amazing community. The owner Kathie is fantastic, all the trainers are awesome and knowledgeable, the staff is warm and welcoming and the clients are amazing too. I’ve never felt more comfortable in a group setting, the trainers know just how to push you even when you’re exhausted and about to give up. I always leave feeling accomplished.
