People are very nice but recently I had an appointment scheduled with a banker and I was given false information and when I asked if he could confirm with certain benefits, he went to another banker and gave the wrong information for me to find out later from contacting chase directly the information they provided was completely wrong. At least let me know if you don't actually know instead of pretending to provide false information.

Alvin and Iginna were great and fast! Had an issue with my business debit I was in there less than five minutes to reset pin! I went to a south street philly location and they sent me all over and saying I needed an appointment. But Alvin and Iginna took care of it right away. No appointments! I will drive 45 mins again to this bank if needed. Love their service.

I saw this branch get built from the bottom up and now it’s officially open! I enjoyed working with AJ and his team to take care of some simple and complicated business banking. Great environment, team spirit and great company to do business with. Looking forward to see the branch grow!
