We are so happy with Brandywine! After an awful 10 months at another assisted living facility, we moved my mom here. We are thrilled with the level of care that she receives, the staffing ratios are amazing, the cleanliness is impressive, the activities are varied and abundant. I highly recommend Brandywine Living at Haverford!!

Overheard the director saying very unprofessional things about his employees while visiting family. The employees looked depressed and clearly were being bullied by "management". This place reminds me of the retirement home from Billy Madison but instead of the residents being harassed, it's the staff.
