I wasn’t able to return to get it fixed right away, but when I called to reschedule months later, the staff remembered me and was able to get me in the next day. Each time I’ve been in the shop everyone has been personable and knowledgeable, helping me to understand the issues and carefully walking me step by step through the work they’re doing. “Expert service in handling a major repair involving imported parts. The attention to detail and final product is impressive and the fit is a absolutely factory finish. Supply chain and labor shortage created the new-normal delays, and my only minor complaint is that there was a lack of communication regarding status in the face of all that. But in the end, the final product more than makes up for it. Steve was terrific at interacting with my insurance company and the rental car agency. And was a real grown up on accepting responsibility for some of the issues, which is really all it ever takes to make up for most problems. I appreciated that. And as I say, there is simply no arguing with the extraordinary quality of the work that was completed. Of course I hope I never have to come back, but if I do need body work it will be done by classic.”
