“All I’m going to say is Mike Is a superhero!
I had the worst day today. To make matters worse I was having a billing issue with Verizon. Mike seriously came to the rescue I’m not only that he was courteous and professional. I’ll be honest, I wasn’t being the nicest person at that time, and despite the attitude, I know I had he Still helped me. It’s really rare nowadays to actually receive the service companies claim they will give And Mike really delivered.

I started banking there when I lived in Villanova and even though I moved to center city, phila. 5 years ago, i still go there! Sevag is my favorite and always great. One thing--I wish they would go back to their Saturday hours-now they are closed on Saturday.”

“Good, pleasant service but just one bank teller among several managers. Typical lack of low-paid service employees but a plethora of expensive managers. Sign of the times, I guess. No wonder people aren't returning to soul-sucking jobs at high-profit companies.When will it end?! “Alvin and Iginna were great and fast! Had an issue with my business debit I was in there less than five minutes to reset pin! I went to a south street philly location and they sent me all over and saying I needed an appointment. But Alvin and Iginna took care of it right away. No appointments! I will drive 45 mins again to this bank if needed. Love their service.”
