Ordered my chicken bowl but they unfortunately forgot the main ingredient, chicken. I didn't notice until arriving at my next stop and had to drive back. They refused to take the order back and did hand me a cup of chicken to add to my meal. Not the end of the world and mistakes happen but I could have done without the glares implying I'm a POS for pointing out the error and wanting the correction. A simple apology and free coffee coupon would have been a great way to acknowledge the inconvenience.

Their Uber Eats service is broken. And what kind of Wawa "runs out of ice"?

Worst Wawa I’ve ever been to. There are 10 people here waiting for food orders. The place is filthy. And the manager behind the registers was just rude a customer for no reason. This place has really gone downhill.

The cashier, Gregory was unprofessional because of what he did.
I went inside to pay for my gas. When I walked to the cashier Gregory's line, I was first in line. The cashier Gregory said to another customer while they both were walk to the register "I can take you on my register"
When the cashier, Gregory finally got back to his register, he said to me "I am actually going to take the guy behind you first"
What Gregory did was very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I was the customer who was first in line, therefore, Gregory should have served me first and the other customer he advised to come to his side of the register would have had to just wait until I was done my transaction.
**Working in customer service jobs is not for everyone**
I advise management to retrain Gregory on how to deliver proper customer service, and ensuring that the customer who is first in line are served first/

This Wawa has stepped it up over the last few years after the Kulpsville location closed. I frequently visit for its convenience, and everyone is always friendly. My orders are always correct, varying in quality here and there, which is to be expected. The fridges are always stocked, but their self-serve coffee is frequently lacking. They're usually out of a brew and haven't replaced it. Getting a hold of them is usually not worth the effort, so I just get another brew. The self-checkout has been a game changer for the wait in line, but Wawa should really allow you to use rewards at self-checkout (Employees can't control that, obviously! They do a good job at providing the signs to let you know so). Also, a lot of mornings they're slow in batching and replacing their Sizzlis, which is really annoying (like 7am and they're out). They'll make you one if you ask, but they should work on timing it better. The parking lot can be a disaster sometimes, but honestly, not bad compared to other locations. It's just Wawa, though. A decent quality one.
Vegetarian options: Plenty. Veggie hoagies, salads, burrito bowls, paninis, quesadillas, veggie wraps, etc.
Dietary restrictions: Everything is customizable in terms of spreads and cheeses and toppings for food and milks in drinks. Oatmilk smoothies are a nice option.
Parking: It's Wawa. Parking lots are gonna be a maze sometimes, but this one is better than most.
Kid-friendliness: They have kid's meals (I think the options are burger, chicken strips, or quesadilla) and they come with fries or banana

Great place to stop, usually clean, restrooms sometimes get let go when they are really busy. Food is cooked fresh and usually tastes pretty good. Truck parking out back with a chic-fila next

Staff and service, products etc are fine. It's the bathroom that's pretty disgusting a lot of the time. I stop in here twice a week and about half the time the toilet is backed up and the bathroom in general is gross. They need to check on it more often. So I walk across to Chick-fil-A or the burger place and their bathrooms are ALWAYS spotless!

Seemed to be the cheapest place for gas around here. Food is good here for lunch.

Not to mention that you forget my sauce in the sandwich as usual but the bread quality is trash.

Typical gas station convenience store chain. Not too shabby, but not unique from other Wawa's.
Vegetarian options: It's a convenience store, so you know what range you're going to get, I'm sure.
Dietary restrictions: There are soy options for coffee and drinks, for dairy-free consumers
Parking: Generally all the spots immediately next to the entrance are taken or are wheelchair accessible only. Parking further away is usually available.
Kid-friendliness: They have kids meals there, should your child not want a full adult item.
Wheelchair accessibility: The aisles are large enough for most wheelchairs or walkers. Bathrooms have at least one wheelchair-accesible stall. There are several wheelchair-only parking spots.

Got the totally wrong sandwiches three times in a row now . This is getting ridiculous. Ordered a turkey and cheese and got chicken salad with pickles lol.One time, I went back and the manager just said to order it again for free and HE made the wrong thing AGAIN. Please fix it. It's a nice place .Everyone looks very sad angry and bored working there except the coffee lady.
