I'd like to give a huge shout-out to the Hatfield UPS branch for coming to my rescue today. Nory and Noah are exceptional—Nory has a fantastic smile and a great sense of humor, while Noah has an amazing personality and has always been incredibly helpful. I typically use UPS for all my shipping needs, and I’ll go out of my way to visit the Hatfield branch because of the excellent service they consistently provide. Thank you both for always being so supportive - especially today!

Noah is excellent, he was really nice and helpful about a package I needed help with. Very quick and easy transaction, he gave me information about my questions. Helped me understand into further detail of what my situation was specific about. Really organized store, all the staff was really pleasant and nice! Thank you

Friendly staff, convenient location. Top-notch service. Noah is great. Even during a rush when several people had come in at once behind me, he offered friendly assurance that the UPS staffers would help them as soon as possible, and options for self-service for drop offs, while also thanking them for their patience. I find it nice to have clerks acknowledge the line and show me that they want it to move faster as much as I do!

I went to Hatfield UPS store as I had this very awkward and heavy item to return to Amazon. The attendant was Nory. And let me tell you, she went above and beyond to help me. She helped to measure and find the correct box for my item. Solved my issue and took my item for shipping back. ALWAYS with a smile on her face, very polite and friendly. I just wanted to give Nory a big shout out for her excellent customer service! Thank you SO MUCH for you help today Nory!
