Absolutely hate it. Lazy employees and they will put up an act with eachother pretending that they are oh so busy. Clearly they dont care about their jobs anymore nor about giving great service. Poor mailman quality is sad since you guys usually get the same respect as firefighters but you guys are tainting the mailman look.

1. Always a line out the door and one register open while you see people standing around in the back.2. I live in Hatfield and i'll see my package sit for 2 days at the post office before its even out for delivery.3. I get lots of other peoples packages delivered to me and i hear my neighbors complain about this or losing their packages.Do everything you can to go one town over and use their post office

Great service after I spoke with one of them about being more accurate in placing mail in the correct mailbox. She listened and been doing a great job. Do appreciate it. Stay safe and best of luck.

For me, mistakes happen.. it’s the response to a mistake that matters to me. I had 3 packages being delivered. I came home to only 2, but online it said my package was delivered. I was so upset that I may possibly not get the package, I could have been refunded but I wanted to items. I called the customer care line and spoke to Raquel who was so kind and so helpful. She opened a ticket for my local post office, Hatfield. An hour later I got a call from a gentleman at Hatfield post office who investigated the issue and found that my package was accidentally delivered to the wrong address. My mail carrier went back to that address and delivered my package. All items accounted for! I am so happy the issue was resolved so quickly and with very little effort on my part.

Our only problem is: This is the second mailman that continues to drive through our grass. We had a tree taken down and now the mailmen seems to think its ok for them to drive through our lawn. I am furious right now because I just watched him do it!!! H left an 8 foot rut in our lawn. I'm going to put a note in the mailbox tomorrow. If he does it again I will call the PO and report him.

Line out the door and one register open even though you can hear other workers laughing and gossiping in back room. People do the bare minimum. Open a second register.
They’ve said they tried delivering package and there was an animal in the way…what.. a deer maybe? Also have left my packages down by the street at the end of a 150ft driveway instead of driving it up to the door. Like literally on the curb at the base of the mailbox. How insane

Absolutely terrible service and incompetent clerks . I’d rather have teeth pulled then deal with this post office . Kulpsville post office goes above and beyond for their customers especially when Hatfield makes a 1500$ mistake and can’t figure out how to correct it but kulpsville can . Absolute terrible experience dealing with Hatfield I will never ever deal with them again. Do not pay for any money orders at Hatfield unless you want to be charged twice and have to go through hell to get your money back . they need new management at this location because they clearly have zero clue on what they are doing

If I could give zero stars, I would. This is literally the worst postal location I have ever dealt with. It is close to my home, so I try it again every so often. Every single time, they have one employee - who moves slower than molasses - and a line through the lobby and out the door. The line moves slow, so if you see it, just walk away and save your sanity. No other postal location is like this one. Whoever is running it should be fired.

Left my PS4 I ordered at the front door of my business on a Saturday morning, in the pouring rain, even though we are closed on the weekends. Good thing I checked tracking info or it would have probably been stolen or blown away by the time Monday rolled around. This isn’t even mentioning that this was supposed to be delivered on Friday. I really don’t like to leave bad reviews because I know the postmen/women work hard but this really struck a nerve.

Delivery guys need to learn to read address correctly. They always deliver packages to wrong building. They always deliver packages for building 2603 Elroy to 2700 Elroy Rd.
