this place is just disgusting awful..run by a woman who shames all women...telling me "it would disgust her touch an item after anyone had tried it on". it's a lingerie store whoshames women...never go here. shame on thus business. they have a sore in hatfield and one at montgomery mall...BEWARE!

I tried to enter into the store at their new location at the mall! Wanted to support small business vs going upstairs to victorias secret. The old lady that worked there was rude, very unwelcoming and yelled at us saying "children aren't allowed in the store". My chikd literally is 9 months old ! You're in a MALL! A MALL IS A FAMILY ORIENTED PLACE! There was absolutely no reason for her to yell at us. She never greeted us with a hi and a gentle explanation of the stores policy as it was obvious we were new customers. I was taken back by her immediately yelling at us to "get the child out of here!", I responded by saying well hello, by the way my child is only 9 months old. She replied saying "I don't care how old , it doesn't matter! No kids!".... wow okay guess we will go with our original plan and take our money to Victorias Secret and Spencer's!You're store was dead and empty, looks like you could've used our business that day but what ever ! Based on the other reviews, clearly we dodged a bullet. Ended up gladly spending $387.23 at victoeias secret instead and an adtl. $98 at Spencer's.

I absolutely love this store..Dolores and her husband have always treated me with respect and always goes above to explain new items and show me what is new and on sale… I drive an hour because of her customer service and selection… definitely recommend to all my friends

The sales man recommended a lube on the shelf, I got home, the dispenser does not work and it expired 6/2023.. it's 6/2023. Thanks for pushing your expired product on me. Not only that, but I bought something with amex, then he told they don't take amex even though I was charged. I passed him a visa to charge, but he refunded the amount on my visa and I noticed it was incorrect. I'm pretty patient so once everything was resolved, it was fine, until I got home and realized he sold me something expired that he needed to get off the shelf, not based off of an actual recommendation. I almost never started shopping here because of the reviews... but now I know. Don't shop here.

Great selection but some skeevy guy answered the door to let me shop and could not have been more rude. He pretty much turned me away when I asked to be pointed toward something in particular. He bluntly said they didn't carry it when I know that they have several to choose from in the store.

I cant speak for the other reviewers but my girlfriend and I had a good experience yesterday. The woman behind the counter was very knowledgeable and helped us find everything we wanted, and gave us plenty to think about for the future.

Went to this amazing store a month ago and the owner was very helpful and knowledgeable. It was my first time and she answered all my questions and I spent almost 2 hours in there. I love her. Went again today and she remembered me. This is my go to place. She is up to date with everything.

Everyone is right about the woman being a real B and her husband being a real creep. Never seen the child walking around the store like others have commented because I’ve only been in there once but I might inform CPS. That can’t be legal.

(Posting this from a throwaway account so you don't know my name) my wife and I came into the store looking for a few things, and to start off, 1) the store is very cluttered and disorganized, things are jammed so tightly onto the racks that they fall onto the floor when you go to inspect them. 2) they're basically three times the price of anything you'll find on Amazon, it's nice to see it in person before purchase but it's ridiculously expensive. The quality is subpar if not identical to any cheap item you could find in any other store. And 3) you get greeted by an intense smell of vanilla and it's almost like they spray the entire store with perfume. These are not my main grievances but I think they should be made aware. After browsing for about half an hour my wife and I had found things we wanted to buy so we went up to check out, I took out my phone to look at my bank account balance to make sure I would be able to cover the cost of the items in my hand, and a loud booming voice from behind the counter from where I could not see who it came from yelled at me to put my phone away and that there are no phones allowed in the store. I almost put all of my items down and walked out. Be wary if you decide to stop in here as they are not as welcoming and accepting as they choose to advertise. The person behind the counter explicitly called me a sir and did not care about my gender identity. Overall I would rate this place negative if I could. There's something shady going on here that is probably illegal but who am I to say. Be careful.

I would give negative stars if I could. I was here when it first opened, but an 8 year old was behind the register, so I left. Today, and I am in the parking lot crying as I’m typing this, I went to go inside and the door was locked. A lady opened the door and asked me to get a mask, which is totally fine. Then she said I can’t bring my purse in the store and if I have a wallet, she will hold it. I said okay no problem I’ll be right back…that’s kind of strange. And she yells, “actually never mind” and slams and locks the door. My jaw dropped in disbelief. Not only did you make a bad first and second impression, you lost a sale, which makes no sense. I hope karma catches up to you and that you learn how to treat people , but then again if I was that decrepit and disgusting I would probably be nasty and rude too❣️

I’ve been here several times both before and after Covid and I never had any issue.I was there about two weeks ago the Covid protocol is still in place due to her and her family being a high-risk family. I am very respectful of that And I wore a mask. You do have to ring a doorbell and wait for her to come to the door to let you in. She will sanitize your hands, give you clear plastic gloves and a clear plastic bag for your things. Not a big deal at all.The Selection & amount of inventory they have is fantastic. I believe their lingerie goes up to size 4xor 5X and they have a hearty selection in every size .Never once did the owner or her husband bother me while I shopped and I prefer it that way. I had to seek her out for a question, but she made herself available back by the register area.I definitely did not have any bad experiences since I have been shopping there.Bottom line :No mask - no entry. Don’t give her attitude but respect her as a small business owner.And as with most companies, you cannot try on the lingerie. It’s always best to size up.Great selection of toys & other items (from mild to wild) for date night, bachelorette parties or a special evening with your significant other .

My husband and I stopped by on a rare night without kids. Had to ring a doorbell to wait to be approved for entry to the store. An extremely annoyed looking man opened the door and said I could not bring my purse.....into a store called the Ladies Room. Then he says we need masks. I did not have one with me, but am happy to wear one. He said I could buy one of his for a dollar. I asked if I could put the dollar on my bill at the end with the rest of my purchase. He rudely said "how do I know you're going to buy anything?" Well, sir, because I've spent money in this store at least 5 or 6 different times and I already knew I was going to buy more than one thing. But never again. they don't have anything you cannot find elsewhere. They clearly have too much business to be turning customers away at the door.

I have never been to this store before so I wasn’t aware of the strict Covid protocols. After I rang the doorbell a woman ( the owner) told me I can’t bring in my handbag and must leave it in the car She then gave me a squirt of hand sanitizer, and gloves. She took my temperature. She told me absolutely no cell phone use in the store and I then placed my phone and car key into the plastic bag she gave me. She is an elderly woman so I do understand the worrisome of getting Covid . I had a mask on however I did not have an N95 mask just a cloth one. If I had known I would have certainly brought one!I proceeded to walk around the store and she then came over and yelled at me and said to lift my mask up . That it is not covering my nose. Well I’m a school teacher and I can assure you that it was indeed covering my nose. Otherwise I wouldn’t be allowed to wear it in school .She literally came over to me 5 different times and yelled at me. She told me I would have to leave if my mask fell again. At this point I am feeling very offended , however I walked around literally holding my mask to my face so that she wouldn’t yell again.The store does carry some beautiful lingerie . I didn’t know my exact size but she made it clear that I can’t try it on ( which I get) and there are no returns. I was okay with this after all it is lingerie. I ended up spending $167 on two pieces of lingerie. My only displeasure was with the way in which she talks to her customers. You should treat them with respect and certainly don’t yell at them! She is very rude. Will I return maybe, but if she reads this she needs to understand that you get more bees with honey and she needs to learn how to speak to people with kindness. Also she never once came up to me to ask if I needed help finding anything . That is just not the way to do business.I am not sure if I will be returning.
