Worst customer service ever. I would NOT recommend going to this store at all.Lack of communication and doesn’t help at all. The lady was so rude and didn’t try to even help us with phone trade in.This store is not a corporate location. Please think twice before making your way.I would rather visit The T-Mobile location on 309 road.Please be careful.

This was my second visit to this location. And both times I've been so pleasently surprised. I wish i could remember the name of the gentleman who helped me the first time. But it was 4 years ago. I can't remember. What wonderful and caring employees. Today Rebecca helped me. I came in on tears and left with a smile. She was so calm and was able to fix my problem. Today Rebecca was my angel. Thank you.

The store manager K helped very diligently with my Tmobile Jump application and approval. I had a large amount of issues within this process, and she was able to get everything sorted out for me. Although it was very time-consuming, She handled everything with maximal service and my minimal input. I would strongly recommend this Tmobile branch amongst others in the area. One other staff member made me feel welcome and accompanied during this process. However, there was one other staff member who was clearly inexperienced and didn't know all of Tmobiles' features/programs. He attempted to act like a pro falsely and was unprofessional and rude. However, this was a very small part of my experience, and luckily, he didn't ruin it for the rest of the outlook on the location.

Excellent experience. Surely much greater than the one in Harleysville, the wrong which will instantly reject your simple request if it is not making them any money.Every employee here was extremely professional, And I will certainly be coming back here in the future instead of the one in Harleysville, and I would recommend anyone in the area to come here as well.The store was very clean, everyone was politely greeted as they came in, and all devices were in working order.I was actually able to experience the store in its entirety, due to the warmth and acceptance of the employees, unlike the Harleysville location (which at the time had NO ONE ELSE in the store)

They helped me get my mother a new phone for mother’s day and provided great recommendations that weren’t out of my budget. Got me in & out within good timing. Mom loved the phone & accessories! I will be returning again.

I went to the Hatfield T-Mobile because my phone was not turning on after charging all night, Keith the worker there told me my motherboard for my phone was fried and that they were going to send my phone away to warranty under damaged even though my phone was still under Apple care, he then told me I would have to be paying for two phones a month since the first phone was damaged. I did not damage the phone. He continued and did not listen to anything I asked nor did he speak to me directly, he mumbled under his breath and would walk away without clarification. He then took the SIM card out of my current phone and started setting up a brand new iphone 14, he didn’t ask me if I wanted to go through with the phone and he wasn’t telling me the needed information to know what’s wrong or going on. I left and went to Best Buy and the phone was stuck in update and was turned on within five minutes of me walking into Best Buy. They just want to make a sale and the fact I got lied to saying my motherboard on my less than a year old iPhone 13 was completely fried and there’s no way to fix it.

This Tmobile location has great customer service. I was assisted by Khadija who was very attentive, energetic, friendly, and knowledgeable. Additionally, the staff there is nothing short of amazing and I will definitely recommend to friends/family and visit again.

Came in early one morning to pay a bill and ask about options for an upcoming upgrade. Khadija was so very knowledgeable, helpful and so sweet. I would recommend and travel 45 mins to this store simply based on this experience. 12/10

I called the store about the new iPhone and couldn’t get a straight answer on if they had them in stock , the guy first response was was is this a upgrade or new activation which I thought was strange , then he said come into the store and when you get here I’ll check the safe to see if we have them in stock #Unbelievable
