We’ve been members at Santander for a few years now and have very little to complain about. Everyone is always professional and helpful when you go into the branch or call for assistance! My only complaint is that they switch bank managers often and spend a good amount of time cold calling their customers to see how things are and if they have questions. Which is great, once. But they’ve called my husband and I several times in the last week or so for this function. Thanks for being thorough, but I assure you if something was wrong or we had questions we’d call.

Walked in to get a legal document notarized. Iwas told to ask one of the people at the desks. They were chatting away while I waited and then they told me that the notary didn't have her notary equipment with her. Went to get a cup of coffee and it was ice cold. Obviously the customer experience is not a priority.

Went in there for some change, & may I mention that I don't have an account (yet!) But I was greeted by the tellers & the manager. Had an lovely conversation with the manager, which to me is above & beyond customer service! Will def be there opening up an account in the best future!
