Great customer service. I called a few days prior to going to ask about repairing old cues. I was giving honest advice and referred to come in with the cues. I came a few days later and was very impressed with the instore experience. The staff was very knowledgeable and even entertained my daughter with games while I looked into cues. I have managed retail locations for years and this experience is one that I would recommend for anyone!

If you are thinking about purchasing a pool table this is the place to go. James helped us every step of the way, including determining the best size for our space. The two young men who set up the table, Connor and Alex, did a fabulous job; they were on time and very polite and helpful. The whole experience was great - thank you!

Can't say enough great things about Royal Billiards. Everyone in the showroom was friendly and knowledgeable, the communication post-order was great, and the delivery process was flawless. The quality of the shuffleboard is also impressive. VERY happy I went local instead of ordering online.

Cool store specializing in pool tables & accessories, plus darts. Super knowledgeable and helpful staff. No reason to shop the big chain stores. Go here for the best experience. The store is just cool to look around, too.

Ver friendly and knowledgeable staff. If you’re looking for anything billiards, I recommend Royal! The woman that assisted my boyfriend and me was very helpful in picking out a new cue stick and breaking stick. You’re able to take a few practice shots on the Diamond table they have in the shop to see how you like the stick before you commit to buying it as well.

So we dropped a lot of money with Royal billiard. We had a wonderful experience. We had a bar custom made, a Pool table custom bar chairs. They were wonderful. But then we moved to Florida asked them to send us more custom chairs. Of course we could Pay. They said no, not worth it. Just wow. The manger was the best. If you plan on staying local they are great just Don’t move.

Love this place, nice selection of darts and dart parts, pool tables, bar stools, shuffleboard and my last visit in April of 22 they even had a skee ball game up for sale. Really neat place, friendly & helpful staff as well. Highly recommended for all your adult fun!!
