Extremely happy with the 7 footer pool table I bought from Royal Billiards. It was delivered and set up professionally by Alex and Connor and they did a phenomenal job ensuring it was perfectly placed in the room with care. They were very nice, professional, and work was done with quality!

Hi, I just wanted to compliment the men who came out to move my table to
replace an area rug underneath it. They did a phenomenal job! Very careful
with my table and very patient in lining up the rug and the table. Played
this weekend with some friends and the table was perfectly level.

Purchased a bar and pool table and couldn’t be happier with my experience at Royal Billiards. Kent save me quite a bit of money at their own expense talking me off a larger pool table and bar that would have been too big for my space. Installation team was very professional answered all my questions and everything looks great. I would give Royal Billiards more stars if I could and highly recommend them for all your game room and home bar needs.

These guys are the real deal… I recently renovated my basement and Kent and the guys at Royal Billiards crushed it! Ping pong, pool table, poker table and the most comfortable bar stools ever. Excellent installs by trained experts. Seriously, no need to look anywhere else. ??

Our pool table needed refurbishing. We like to use local businesses as much as possible so I contacted Royal Billiard & Recreation. Audra was very responsive and supplied the information needed. Their service guys were prompt, professional, courteous and thorough. We are happy with the work we had done.

Great customer service. I called a few days prior to going to ask about repairing old cues. I was giving honest advice and referred to come in with the cues. I came a few days later and was very impressed with the instore experience. The staff was very knowledgeable and even entertained my daughter with games while I looked into cues. I have managed retail locations for years and this experience is one that I would recommend for anyone!

If you are thinking about purchasing a pool table this is the place to go. James helped us every step of the way, including determining the best size for our space.
