I love the Relentless Athletics!!!! Have been doing weight training and conditioning for softball here for about a month now and have completed two excellent programs. The coaches are absolutely amazing, and the community is wonderful, close-knit, and so unbelievably supportive. Every session I come in I am so happy to be there. I feel a thousand times stronger and, quite ironically, very relentless! The work put in has greatly improved my skills and stamina, and I am so excited to see what happens come season and also beyond with hopes at playing at the collegiate level.

My 12 year old daughter started working out here twice weekly and very quickly bumped up to add conditioning. She loves it there, the trainers are warm and welcoming and connect with the athletes where I can't as my daughter's parent. They are there encouraging and supporting the athletes every step of the way. The company itself is awesome and quick to respond and answer questions. Highly recommend Relentless for any girl/woman athlete.

This is the absolute BEST training facility for female athletes. My daughter Macy has never felt more comfortable at any other fitness facility than Emily and her staff has made her feel at Relentless. Macy is experiencing fantastic gains as well. Thank you Emily and Relentless!!!

I’ve spent almost my entire life as an athlete, yet I never actually knew how to fuel my body properly. I ate “healthy foods” and really just went along with what I thought I needed. As demands increased in the gym, I could not keep up and I knew my body didn’t feel right.

I have been a member at Relentless for about a year now. Over the short amount of time due to my busy college schedule, I have found myself to develop strength all across the board. I have become faster, stronger, and I am moving better then ever. One part of Relentless that sticks out to me is the community support. The environment you enter when you step through those doors is something you can't get anywhere else. It makes you eager to begin something new and excited to come back in. Emily is the best trainer I have had in my career and I am very excited to continue the rest of my summer by her side to prepare for my final volleyball season.
