Storing my belongings in prime storage in Hatfield PA has been the best choice the building is clean & tidy and the employees there are great especially Crystal Agosto and the rest of the crew it was an awesome experience its a guarantee i will recommend this storage facility to my friends and co workers.

Smooth and straight to the point seamless contactless setup and activation. Once my online registration was completed, I was able to access my unit immediately with no hiccups. Great price point hopefully it remains great :)

I have been dealing with TAMARA in the Hatfield location. She is actually the reason that I chose Prime storage. What an asset I hope they realize how amazing she is. Her customer service is impeccable. The downside is that you cannot lock in a rate, and this is a bit troubling, but Tamara is So kind and accommodating that I chose this location.

Tamara at Prime Storage is really on top of things. She’s very detailed and friendly. I switched to a smaller unit and everything was quick and easy.
