Sage makes the car buying experience so easy and painless every time. Sage dont hide any numbers. Always up front about everything. I drive up from NE Philly to deal with Sage. Overall just a great dealership to deal with. I've purchased a few vehicles from Sage so far. Our car came in while we were out of down. He made sure everything was ready to roll when we returned. We spent maybe 15 minutes in finance. Exactly what I expect from a vehicle purchasing experience. I tell him what I'm looking for, he presents all the options and we go from there.

Sold us “Peruzzi Care” for $1400. Then claimed they “coated” our car when we went there to buy the lease out. Then they charged us $280 to look the car over for lease to sale. Tech had the car in the service bay for 14 minutes. I timed it. They said,and i quote,”by law we can’t sell it off to you from lease status (WE leased it from new!) unless we certify the car”. Their “Peruzzi Care” is outright theft,as well. They refused to refund unused portion of it because they lied and said they “coated” the car when we bought the lease out. They did no such thing. Avoid Peruzzi Toyota at all costs.

Three things that are not ok!One calling to get help with a small issue and getting the run around and then tell me to just stop by. Very unprofessional. 11/04Two getting their to Toyota and being talked down to and lie to about a nail in the middle of my tire and that I need to drop a 198.00 dollars plus taxThree no one come out to look at my car!I feel they are very unprofessional team and I will drive out of my way to get help with my car and this is the last Toyota I buy

I just had service on 9/21/2023. I went in for an oil change. The service manager, Mike Murphy, recommended a front wheel alignment because the tires were starting to get choppy on the side walls according to him. He also recommended a serpentine belt change. I went with all of the recommendations. Just this morning I checked my tire pressures and they were all under 26. The tire pressures for my car should be 32. They never check tire pressures. I have spoken with them a number of times about this, but they never do it. While checking my tire pressures I noticed a huge gash on my left side tire wall. He never said anything about this,. Instead he called it choppy. I was not supplied the alignment report before or after service. I have always been supplied this report. The total bill was $484.74, and they punish you with a 3% surcharge for using your credit card. It does not make sense to go to this place for service anymore. It is just a money grab. I am due for a new car and there is no way I am going to Peruzzi.

Super fantastic! Everyone seems very nice, very patient, above and beyond! Appears we had got the best deal, very lucky that it has everything I wanted, PLUS lots of extra features! Great warranty for great peace of mind! Feels like a very lucky kid in a candy store IN HEAVEN! LUL! Highly recommend!

Thank you Peruzzi managers Jeff and Frank for refusing to sell us your over-priced Corolla because we immediately found better Corolla prices, minus your gimmick of requiring completely unnecessary 6 month financing for a cash buy. You saved us a lot of money by chasing us off to other dealers! Dodged a bullet here . Everyone out there - you will not get the best price at Peruzzi Toyota, I promise you.

Peruzzi responded quickly to a disappointing experience with one of their service advisors. The management and service teams are working to resolve both the customer experience and the vehicle issue. More to come as the issue is wrapped up... Final update: the dealership followed through and assigned a well experienced tech and their top service advisor. They were able to identify and diagnose the problem and collaborated to have it resolved. I appreciate the attention to detail and the service. Very good outcome.

Purchased a used car based on information on their website.They were great to deal with and provided good financing. We noticed a problem with front bumper (there was a gash in it) and they agreed to fix it right away. Happy with the buying experience, in particular wanted to give a shout out to Jen for here help in navigating everything.

I suppose to have a free oil change at 25k miles. I scheduled the appointment and my car was under 25k. The first appointment was 3 weeks out. I drove the car and reached 27k. When I tried to do the service they wanted me to pay bc it’s over 25k. Are they expected me to park the car and not drive it so it doesn’t go over the 25k. Truly disrespectful treatment and not appropriating that it’s their fault because they don’t have enough appointments to serve their customer on time. They want me to take responsibility of driving over 25k. I don’t recommend them. At all.

I had an appointment for a vehicle inspection and a tire claim with Toyota's tire claim department. During the inspection, I was informed that I needed new tires because my current ones had a tread depth of 3/32, which exceeded the minimum requirement of 2/32 to pass inspection in Pennsylvania. However, I also had the impression that they were trying to upsell me on additional services that I didn't require at the time. Unfortunately, despite following their recommendations, my vehicle ended up failing the inspection. Moreover, when I inquired about my tire claim, the person I spoke to seemed unresponsive and provided an unrelated explanation as to why they couldn't process it as a claim. This further reinforced my belief that their primary focus was to extract more money from me rather than providing satisfactory customer service. Overall, the experience left me feeling dissatisfied and frustrated.

I cannot even explain how UPSET and UNHAPPY I with Peruzzi Toyota service. I took my RAV4 to get oil changed and tire rotated, and M Murphy called me to let me know that I need to replace a front right wheel lug nut because it was cross threaded. I explained to him that this happened during the last service I had at Peruzzi Toyota when I got my water pump replaced. To my understanding, when the water pump is replaced, the engine had to be lowered and the right passenger wheel is usually removed for convenience. When the wheel is mounted, Peruzzi mechanic didn't hand screw the nut back before using the impact wrench. I was told by M Murphy that they would not remove the wheel to change the water pump, so Peruzzi cannot take responsibility for it. First of all, what happens to CUSTOMER SERVICE and most importantly, what happens to taking ACCOUNTIBILTY. I tried to call the service manager, N Harden, to make appointment to discuss this matter, and I haven't received a call from him.UPDATES: I am impressed with Peruzzi that I received a response from the Business Owner after my review and then a call from the Service Manager to apologize for the misunderstanding. The issue was resolved and I am most satisfied by the response I received from Peruzzi Toyota.

I had an awesome experience at Peruzzi! I found they had the exact Camry Nightshade I wanted coming in, they got me approved on the lease with Toyota, and held the car for me when it arrived! Frank the General Manager went wayyy out of his way to get everything handled for us promptly and professionally, and John made sure the Camry was ready to go when we arrived. He was super knowledgeable, friendly, and great with my son! He even got my son a little treat out of the vending machine paying from his own pocket. I would highly recommend him to anyone I talked to. The process was super smooth, easy, fast, and enjoyable! Jeff the business manager had everything ready to sign, explained everything crystal clear, and was awesome with my 4 year old son as well. I’ve never owned or leased a Toyota before this one, but I already know that when my lease is up I will be back for another at Peruzzi! Thank you again everyone for your efforts, time, and professionalism!
